Saba has not yet announced when regular flights for passengers from the United States will resume, but the Saba government estimates it should not be expected before 1 October 2020. The borders of Bonaire and Saba are currently not open for non-essential travel. For travel to St Eustatius, travellers are subject to border screening (health & travel history) and a 14-day quarantine. They must also complete a travel questionnaire and take a C19 test before entering the country and on day 12 of quarantine.
