Saba has not yet announced when regular flights for passengers from the United States will resume, but the Saba government estimates it should not be expected before 1 October 2020. The borders of Bonaire and Saba are currently not open for non-essential travel. For travel to St Eustatius, travellers are subject to border screening (health & travel history) and a 14-day quarantine. They must also complete a travel questionnaire and take a C19 test before entering the country and on day 12 of quarantine. All travellers must request entrance by email at least 72 hours before the planned date of arrival. Further information can be found here. Internal Restrictions:
