Vaccination requirements

  • Passengers aged 18 years and older must hold proof that they are fully vaccinated against Covid-19.

Form requirements

  • Passengers travelling to or from Angola must complete a Travel Registration (Formulário de Registo de Viagens) up to 72 hours prior to travel.

Test requirements

  • Passengers must present a printed or digital copy of a negative RT-PCR test result obtained within 72 hours or a negative antigen test result obtained within 24 hours prior to departure. The test result is required for all passengers, including children and infants.

Quarantine and testing on arrival

  • All passengers will be subject to an rapid antigen test on arrival.
  • Unvaccinated passengers: Passengers may be required to quarantine in a government or medical facility regardless of the test result. Passengers who are asymptomatic may quarantine at home.
  • Vaccinated passengers: Quarantine is not required for passengers who hold proof they are fully vaccinated against Covid-19 and have received a negative test result on arrival.

Exit restrictions

  • Unvaccinated passengers: Passengers departing Angola who are not (fully) vaccinated against Covid-19 must present a printed copy of a negative PCR test result with the sample collected within 72 hours prior to departure or an antigen test result with the sample collected within 24 hours prior to departure. The test result is required for all unvaccinated passengers, including children and infants.
  • Vaccinated passengers: Passengers who are fully vaccinated against Covid-19 are not required to present a negative PCR test result when departing Angola.

  • Nationals of Angola aged 18 years and older must hold a completed vaccination certificate or proof that the first dose of vaccine has been issued by the Angolan Health Authority. Documentation is accepted in digital format only.
