published 26.10.2020 Entry restrictions Passengers must complete a Health Declaration Form before departure at rbc.gov.rw. --- Passengers must have a medical certificate with a negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) PCR test result. The test must have been taken at most 120 hours before departure from the first embarkation point. Another PCR test will be done on arrival and passengers must stay 24 hours in a designated hotel until they get the results of the test.
