Vaccination requirements

  • Definition of Fully Vaccinated: Vaccination is not required for travel but if you are fully vaccinated you may face less travel restrictions.
  • Passengers are considered fully vaccinated against Covid-19 if they hold a vaccination certificate showing that they have received two doses of a 2-dose World Health Organisation (WHO) approved vaccine or one dose of a 1-dose WHO approved vaccine. Vaccinations cards are not accepted.

Form requirements

  • Passengers must complete a Health Declaration Form on arrival.

Test requirements

  • Unvaccinated passengers: Passengers aged 12 years and older must hold a negative PCR test certificate obtained within 72 hours prior to departure.
  • Vaccinated passengers: Test is not required for passengers who hold proof that they are fully vaccinated against Covid-19.

Exit requirements

  • Unvaccinated passengers: Passengers aged 12 years and older departing Eswatini must hold a negative PCR test certificate obtained within 72 hours prior to departure.
  • Vaccinated passengers: Test on departure from Eswatini is not required for passengers who hold proof that they are fully vaccinated against Covid-19.
  • All passengers must also comply with the requirements of the airline and the transit or destination country.
