From 15 February 2022, Azerbaijan classifies someone as being vaccinated only if they have had their second vaccination or booster vaccination within the past 6 months. If you can prove you have contracted COVID within the past 6 months that is also acceptable. The detail and application of COVID-19 rules can change at short notice
