Sinovac or Sputnik V and a positive COVID-19 antibody test taken before departure.
2. Passengers and airline crew must have a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken at most 72 hours before arrival. - This does not apply to: - nationals and residents of Qatar arriving
from Saudi Arabia, if they are Umrah passengers; - Umrah passengers arriving from Saudi Arabia with a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated with

6. Passengers could be subject to a COVID-19 PCR test upon arrival.
7. Passengers with a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated with Sinopharm, Sinovac or Sputnik V, at least 14 days before arrival, must have: - a
positive COVID-19 serology antibody test taken at most 30 days before departure; or - a COVID-19 vaccination certificate stating that they also received one vaccine dose of
Covaxin, Moderna (Spikevax) or Pfizer-BioNTech (Comirnaty) at least 14 days before arrival.
8. Nationals of Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates are not allowed to enter with a national ID card.
9. Visa on arrival facilities restarted.
10. Passengers arriving from, or who transited through, exceptional red list countries: Bangladesh, Botswana, Egypt, Eswatini, India, Indonesia, Lesotho, Namibia, Nepal, Pakistan,
Philippines, South Africa, South Sudan, Sri Lanka, Sudan or Zimbabwe, must have a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated with AstraZeneca
(Vaxzevria), Covaxin, Covishield, Janssen, Moderna (Spikevax), Pfizer-BioNTech (Comirnaty), Sinopharm, Sinovac or Sputnik V, at least 14 days before arrival. Effective 1 January
2022, Qatar will remove Eswatini, Indonesia, Philippines, South Africa, South Sudan, Sri Lanka and Sudan from the list of exceptionally red countries.
