Art classes for up to 20 people may take place indoors if all participants have been vaccinated against Covid-19 or can prove that they had recovered from the virus. Amateur sports trainings for up to 20 persons take place indoors if all participants have been vaccinated against Covid-19 or can prove that they had recovered from the virus; 21/10/21: Fully vaccinated/recovered kindergarten staff do not need to take the Covid-19 test once a week. Business services related to entertainment; gambling; betting; attractions; beauty care; wellness; active recreation; physical activities; sports; tourism (except accommodation and foreign travel); photo and video services (excluding photos for documents); face-to-face consultations; collective hunting are provided if the provider and the recipient have a vaccination or recovery certificate; the service is provided by prior appointment. Travellers with vaccination and/or Covid-19 recovery certificate are not required to take the Covid-19 test or to self-isolate when entering Latvia; exception - when returning from very high-risk countries; 01/04/2022 The requirement to present a vaccination or disease certificate or a negative Covid-19 test certificate for public events (sports; cultural events; etc.); discos; nightclubs; attractions; sports and amateur activities; cafes; restaurants; as well as for entry into Latvia has been abolished.
