1. Passengers are not allowed to enter. This does not apply to: - nationals and residents of Lithuania; - nationals of Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus,
Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland (Rep.), Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands,
Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and Vatican City (Holy See); - British nationals; - residents of Andorra, Austria,
Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland (Rep.), Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania,
Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Vatican City (Holy See) or the United
Kingdom; - residents of Australia, Israel, Japan, Korea (Rep.), New Zealand, Rwanda, Thailand or Uruguay; - passengers with a national visa issued by Lithuania; - passengers with a
COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated at least 14 days before arrival. Vaccines accepted are: AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria), Janssen, Moderna
(Spikevax) or Pfizer-BioNTech (Comirnaty); -children, spouses and their children, partners with registered partnership and their children, parents and guardians of nationals of
Lithuania and of permanent residents of Lithuania; - students; - NATO personnel and their family members; - merchant seamen.
2. Passengers and airline crew must have: - a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken at most 72 hours before arrival; or - a negative COVID-19 antigen test taken at most 48 hours before
arrival. This does not apply to: - passengers younger than 16 years; - passengers and airline crew with a positive COVID-19 antigen or PCR test result taken at most 180 days before
arrival and a recovery certificate. They must not be arriving from Botswana, Eswatini, Lesotho, Mozambique, Namibia, South Africa or Zimbabwe; - passengers and airline crew with a
COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated at least 14 days before arrival. Vaccines accepted are: AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria), Janssen, Moderna
(Spikevax) or Pfizer-BioNTech (Comirnaty). They must not be arriving from Botswana, Eswatini, Lesotho, Mozambique, Namibia, South Africa or Zimbabwe; - airline crew staying for a
maximum of 24 hours.
3. Passengers must complete a health questionnaire and present it at check-in. The e-questionnaire can be obtained at https://keleiviams.nvsc.lt/lt/form
4. Passengers must arrive at Vilnius (VNO), Kaunas (KUN), Palanga (PLQ) or Siauliai (SQQ).
5. Passengers could be subject to self-isolation for 10 days. More details can be found at

other than Botswana, Eswatini, Lesotho, Mozambique, Namibia, South Africa or Zimbabwe with: - a positive COVID-19 antigen or PCR test taken at most 180 days before arrival and a
recovery certificate; or - a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated at least 14 days before arrival. Vaccines accepted are: AstraZeneca
(Vaxzevria), Janssen, Moderna (Spikevax) or Pfizer-BioNTech (Comirnaty).
6. Airline crew could be subject to self-isolation until their next flight or for a maximum of 10 days. More details can be found at
