Vaccine requirements
- Vaccination is not required for travel but if you are fully vaccinated you may face less travel restrictions.
- Passengers aged 18 years and older are considered fully vaccinated against Covid-19 if the hold a printed copy of their vaccination certificate/passport showing they have received one dose of a 1-dose vaccine or two doses of a 2-dose vaccine at least 14 days prior to arrival.
- Accepted vaccines:
- AstraZeneca;
- Covaxin;
- Cuban CIGB;
- Johnson and Johnson;
- Moderna;
- Novavax;
- Pfizer-BioNTech;
- Sinopharm; and
- Sputnik V.
- A mix of two doses of different vaccines is also accepted.
Form requirements
- Passengers aged 18 years and older must hold a completed Health Screening Form on arrival.
Test requirements
- Unvaccinated passengers: Passengers aged 5 years and older must hold a negative PCR test administered or supervised by a healthcare professional and obtained within 5 days prior to arrival.
- Vaccinated passengers: Test is not required for passengers who hold proof that they have been fully vaccinated against Covid-19.
- Other exempt passengers: Passengers who have recovered from Covid-19 within 90 days prior to travel. These passengers must hold the first PCR positive test result, a discharge letter from the doctor or a NHS Recovery Pass, and the most recent PCR test obtained within 5 day prior to arrival. All documents should be emailed to sarscov2ell@gmail.com.
- LAMP tests, self-administered tests, or home kits and saliva samples are not accepted. The test certificate must include the name, address and telephone number of the lab where the sample was taken, the passenger's name and date of birth, the date the sample was collected (test date will not be accepted), the type of test and method of testing, and the test result.
Quarantine and testing on arrival
- Unvaccinated passengers: 7 days on arrival at a certified Covid-19 accommodation. Nationals and residents of Saint Lucia may quarantine at home.
- Vaccinated passengers: Quarantine is not required for passengers holding proof that they were fully vaccinated against Covid-19 at least 2 weeks prior to travel. The NHS app/letter is accepted as proof of vaccination for passengers who reside in England.
- Other exempt passengers:
- Unvaccinated passengers aged between 5 to 17 years who travel with a fully vaccinated guardian, provided they take a Covid-19 test at their own expense on arrival and quarantine until a negative result is received;
- Minors aged younger than 5 years who travel with a fully vaccinated guardian.
- Passengers not holding a valid negative Covid-19 test on arrival will be subject to Covid-19 testing at their own expense on arrival and must quarantine until a result is received.
