If you’re not fully vaccinated, you may still be able to enter the Cook Islands if you fit into one of a few exemption categories as listed on the official website. Some airlines have mandatory pre-departure PCR COVID-19 testing requirements. You should contact your individual airline for further information relating to the additional COVID-19 requirements.
