The certificate must be obtained before departure via the French consular offices abroad or online at interieur.gouv.fr. - This does not apply to passengers arriving from Wallis and Futuna. 3. Passengers must have a medical certificate with a negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) PCR test result issued at most 72 hours before arrival. - This does not apply to passengers younger than 11 years. 4. Passengers must complete a declaration on honor to state that they do not have symptoms of Coronavirus (COVID-19). The declaration must be dated with the name and signature of the passenger. - This does not apply to passengers younger than 11 years. 5. Passengers are subject to quarantine for 14 days.
