Vaccination requirements
- Passengers aged 12 years and older must hold proof that they are fully vaccinated against Covid-19 with complete doses of a WHO or U.S. FDA approved vaccine, or the Medigen vaccine authorized by the Taiwanese health authorities, at least 14 days prior to arrival.
- Passengers must submit proof to the airline.
Form requirements
- Passengers must complete a Health Declaration Form and sign an Entry Policy Acknowledgment Form on arrival.
Test requirements
- Passengers aged 3 years and older must hold a negative PCR test certificate (any type of PCR test, including NAAT, RT-PCR, qPCR, RT-LAMP, TMA, molecular test, isothermal amplification, ddPCR, or CRISPR) obtained at least 3 days prior to departure, or a negative antigen test result (World Health Organization or U.S. Food and Drug Administration authorised or approved test) obtained within 1 day prior to departure, or a Covid-19 recovery certificate including proof of a recent positive viral test and a letter from a healthcare provider or a public health official stating that the passenger has recovered and is cleared to travel.
- Passengers must submit proof to the airline.
Quarantine requirements
- Passengers will be subject to Covid-19 testing on arrival and must follow all the requirements stated in the mitigation Orders issued on arrival. Passengers who have Covid-19 symptoms must quarantine as deemed necessary by Ministry of Health and Human Services at an isolation facility or at home at the discretion of the Director of Public Health. Passengers must also take a test on day 4 after arrival.
