1. Passengers are not allowed to enter. - This does not apply to: - nationals of the Philippines; - spouses, parents and children of nationals of the Philippines not traveling
together with a 9(A) visa. The visa must contain the notation "EED not required per IATF Resolution No. 128 (s.2021)"; - former nationals of the Philippines, their accompanying
spouses and children; - passengers with a diplomatic passport and passengers with a 9(E) visa; - passengers with a visa issued by the Philippines (excluding 9(A) visas); -
passengers with a 9(A) visa with an endorsement document issued by the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA). Letters to the Bureau of Immigration (LBI) issued before 8 February 2021
without an expiration date are not accepted; - passengers with an Identification Certificate (IC) or a Certificate of Re-acquisition/Retention of Philippine Citizenship (CRPC)
issued by the Philippines; - passengers with a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated in the Philippines, at least 14 days before arrival; -
passengers who in the past 14 days have been in and arrive from Bhutan, Chad, China (People's Rep.), Chinese Taipei, Comoros, Cote d'Ivoire, Falkland Isl. (Malvinas), Guinea,
Guinea -Bissau, Hong Kong (SAR China), India, Indonesia, Japan, Kosovo (Rep.), Kuwait, Kyrgyzstan, Malawi, Mali, Marshall Isl., Micronesia (Federated States), Montserrat, Morocco,
Namibia, Niger, Northern Mariana Isl., Oman, Pakistan, Palau, Paraguay, Rwanda, Samoa (American), Saudi Arabia, Senegal, Sierra Leone, South Africa, St. Barthelemy, St. Eustatius,
St. Pierre and Miquelon, Sudan, Togo, Uganda, United Arab Emirates, Zambia or Zimbabwe.
2. Passengers who in the past 14 days have been in Faroe Isl., or the Netherlands are not allowed to enter. - This does not apply to nationals of the Philippines traveling on
repatriation flights.
3. Passengers without a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated at least 14 days before arrival, arriving from Bhutan, Chad, China (People's
Rep.), Chinese Taipei, Comoros, Cote d'Ivoire, Falkland Isl. (Malvinas), Guinea, Guinea -Bissau, Hong Kong (SAR China), India, Indonesia, Japan, Kosovo (Rep.), Kuwait, Kyrgyzstan,
Malawi, Mali, Marshall Isl., Micronesia (Federated States), Montserrat, Morocco, Namibia, Niger, Northern Mariana Isl., Oman, Pakistan, Palau, Paraguay, Rwanda, Samoa (American),
Saudi Arabia, Senegal, Sierra Leone, South Africa, St. Barthelemy, St. Eustatius, St. Pierre and Miquelon, Sudan, Togo, Uganda, United Arab Emirates, Zambia or Zimbabwe, must have
a reservation confirmation for at least 6 days, in a hotel approved by Tourism and Health Agencies and listed https://quarantine.doh.gov.ph/quarantine-facilities/ - This does not
apply to: - nationals of the Philippines; - passengers with a diplomatic passport and passengers with a 9(E) visa.
4. Passengers could be subject to quarantine; details can be found at https://quarantine.doh.gov.ph/iatf-guidelines/ - This does not apply to: -passengers arriving from Bhutan,
Chad, China (People's Rep.), Chinese Taipei, Comoros, Cote d'Ivoire, Falkland Isl. (Malvinas), Guinea, Guinea -Bissau, Hong Kong (SAR China), India, Indonesia, Japan, Kosovo
(Rep.), Kuwait, Kyrgyzstan, Malawi, Mali, Marshall Isl., Micronesia (Federated States), Montserrat, Morocco, Namibia, Niger, Northern Mariana Isl., Oman, Pakistan, Palau, Paraguay,
Rwanda, Samoa (American), Saudi Arabia, Senegal, Sierra Leone, South Africa, St. Eustatius, St. Barthelemy, St. Eustatius, St. Pierre and Miquelon, Sudan, Togo, Uganda, United Arab
Emirates, Zambia or Zimbabwe, with a negative COVID-19 RT-PCR test taken at most 72 hours before departure from the first embarkation point; and -a COVID-19 vaccination certificate
showing that they were fully vaccinated at least 14 days before arrival. Vaccination certificates accepted are: - those showing vaccination with AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria),
AstraZeneca (SK Bioscience), Covishield, Janssen, Moderna (Spikevax), Pfizer-BioNTech (Comirnaty), Sinopharm and Sinovac; - the International Certificate of Vaccination (ICV); -
digital certificates issued in Argentina, Australia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Cambodia, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Georgia,
Germany, Greece, Hungary, India, Iraq, Ireland (Rep.), Italy, Japan, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Lebanon, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Maldives, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland,
Portugal, Romania, Russian Fed., Samoa, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, Spain, Sri Lanka, Suriname, Sweden, Thailand, Turkey, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, United
Kingdom, Uruguay or Vatican City (Holy See).
5. Passengers and airline crew traveling to Angeles city (CRK), Cebu (CEB) and Manila (MNL) must complete the "One Health Pass" form before arrival at
https://onehealthpass.com.ph/e-HDC/OHP-Registration/ . This will generate a QR code which must be presented upon arrival. - This does not apply to: - passengers with a diplomatic
passport traveling on duty and their family members; - airline crew staying in the aircraft.
6. Merchant seamen with a 9 (C) visa issued by the Philippines must have a negative COVID-19 RT-PCR test result issued at most 72 hours before arrival.
7. Passengers traveling to Davao (DVO) must have a negative COVID-19 RT-PCR test result issued at most 72 hours before departure. - This does not apply to merchant seamen with a 9
(C) visa issued by the Philippines.
8. Passengers must install the app 'TRAZE' on their personal device before departure.
