hotel reservation for 10 nights at AQ, OQ or AHQ hotel obtained at www.thailandsha.com and https://asq.in.th and proof of payment for COVID-19 tests. They are subject to quarantine

for 10 days; c. a COVID-19 RT-PCR test result issued at most 72 hours before departure from the first embarkation point. The test result must be in English or Thai; d. medical

insurance with minimum coverage of USD 50,000. - This does not apply to nationals of Thailand.

6. Airline crew are subject to self-isolation until their next flight.
