1. Passengers arriving from or who have been in Botswana, Eswatini, Lesotho, Namibia, South Africa and Zimbabwe in the past 14 days are not allowed to enter.
2. Passengers must complete a ?Travel Health Declaration" form at https://covid19.gov.gd/travel-health-declaration-form/ or upon arrival.
3. Passengers must have a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken at most 72 hours before arrival. - This does not apply to passengers younger than 5 years.
4. Passengers are subject to a COVID-19 PCR test upon arrival at their own expense. The test must be paid before departure at https://pay.gov.gd/. - This does not apply to
passengers with a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated at least two weeks before arrival. Vaccines accepted are AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria),
AstraZeneca (SK Bioscience Co Ltd. from Korea), Covishield, Janssen, Moderna (Spikevax), Pfizer-BioNTech (Comirnaty), Sinopharm and Sinovac.
5. Passengers are subject to quarantine for 7 days at an approved accommodation; details can be found at https://covid19.gov.gd/travel-covid/ . - This does not apply to passengers
with a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated at least two weeks before arrival. Vaccines accepted are AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria), AstraZeneca (SK

6. Passengers are subject to medical screening.
7. Disembarking airline crew must present a completed Crew COVID-19 Status Card. They are subject to medical screening and self-isolation.
