COVID-19 negative certification required for entering the country. Travellers fully vaccinated against COVID-19 from high risk countries do not need permission. The following documents are required:

Proof of complete vaccination with a WHO EUL COVID-19 vaccine

Negative SARS-CoV-2 PCR test result not older than 48 hours issued by an accredited medical test entity before departure.

A SARS-CoV-2 antigen test must be taken three days after arrival in Suriname (details below).

Surinamese residents who are not vaccinated or not fully vaccinated against COVID-19 to travel from high risk countries to Suriname. These residents can apply for an entry permit at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, International Business and International Cooperation: conza@gov.sr . Conditions apply: Presentation of a Negative SARS-CoV-2 PCR test result not older than 48 hours before departure A SARS-CoV-2 antigen test must be taken three days after arrival in Suriname.

COVID-19 negative certification required for entering the country. Government announced on 27 September than when international flights will resume, passengers will need to submit a negative COVID-19 test. You should check their websites for further information, including the requirements for a COVID-19 PCR test, which may be required prior to boarding.
