1. Passengers are not allowed to enter and transit. - This does not apply to: - nationals and residents of Israel; - passengers with an authorization letter issued by the

Population and Immigration Authority; - passengers with an A/1, A/2, A/3, A/4, A/5, B/1, B/3 or B/4 visa. They must not be arriving from Angola, Benin, Botswana, Burkina Faso,

Burundi, Cameroon, Cape Verde, Central African Rep., Chad, Comoros, Congo, Congo (Dem. Rep.), Cote d'Ivoire, Djibouti, Equatorial Guinea, Eritrea, Eswatini, Ethiopia, Gabon,

Gambia, Ghana, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Kenya, Lesotho, Liberia, Madagascar, Malawi, Mali, Mauritania, Mauritius, Mozambique, Namibia, Niger, Nigeria, Rwanda, Sao Tome and Principe,

Senegal, Seychelles, Sierra Leone, Somalia, South Africa, South Sudan, St. Helena, Tanzania, Togo, Uganda, Zambia or Zimbabwe.

2. Passengers must complete an "Entry Statement" at most 48 hours before departure of the last direct flight to Israel at

https://www.gov.il/en/service/request-entry-to-israel-covid19 . They will receive an electronic approval from the Ministry of Health. They will receive an electronic approval from

the Ministry of Health and a Green Pass which must be presented before boarding.

3. Passengers are subject to a COVID-19 PCR test upon arrival at their own expense. Payment of ILS 100,- can be made upon arrival. Or ILS 80,- in advance at

https://www.gov.il/en/service/request-entry-to-israel-covid19

4. Passengers and airline crew who have been outside Israel for more than 72 hours entering or transiting through Israel must have: - a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken at most 72

hours before departure from the first embarkation point; or - a negative COVID-19 antigen test taken at most 24 hours before departure from the first embarkation point. The test

result must be in English and indicate the passenger passport number. - This does not apply to: - passengers and airline crew with a positive COVID-19 PCR test taken at least 11

days and at most 3 months before departure from the first embarkation point; - airline crew who stay in Israel for less than 72 hours.

5. Passengers must have health insurance to cover COVID-19 expenses. - This does not apply to nationals and residents of Israel.

6. Airline crew are subject to a COVID-19 PCR test upon arrival. - This does not apply to airline crew with a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken at most 7 days before arrival.

8. Airline crew are subject to self-isolation until their next flight. - This does not apply to airline crew with a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully

vaccinated at least 14 days before arrival. Vaccines accepted are AstraZeneca (Covishield), Covaxin, Janssen, Moderna (Spikevax), Pfizer-BioNTech (Comirnaty), Sinopharm and

Sinovac. They must also complete an "Entry Statement" at most 24 hours before departure of the last direct flight to Israel at

https://www.gov.il/en/service/request-entry-to-israel-covid19 in order to be eligible for the Green Pass.
