Latest News: Hanoi authorities to tighten COVID-19 social distancing restrictions, suspend all nonessential services, public transport to, from affected provinces from 19 July (Reuters, 18.07.2021). All flights to Ca Mau and Rach Gia airports will be suspended from 19JUL21 to 01AUG21 because of COVID-19 (Vn Express18.07.2021). Government will impose restrictions on movement in 16 southern provinces for two weeks because of COVID-19 (Reuters, 17.07.2021). Flights to, from Ho Chi Minh City cut because of COVID-19 (The Star, 11.07.2021).

23.10.2020 Bamboo Airways this week closed reservation for Hanoi – Prague route, originally scheduled to commence Sunday 25OCT20. Prior to removal, the airline was accepting reservation for this route, scheduled twice weekly with Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner. Previously listed schedule as follows.

For the moment, the airline did not provide revised estimate launch date.
07.10.2020 Vietnam Airlines in recent schedule update extended reduced International service into November. For the period of 25OCT20 – 15NOV20, the airline intends to operate following service. Additional changes remain highly possible.

Vietjet to resume return flights between Vietnam and South Korea
11.09.2020 Vietnam Airlines yesterday (10SEP20) filed revision to its planned International operation, which now includes service for Tokyo. Due to travel restrictions, the airline is only accepting passenger reservations for outbound flights from Vietnam.

10.08.2020 Vietnam Airlines starting mid-August 2020 reduces Hanoi – Seoul Incheon service, as the airline schedules 1 weekly flight from 16AUG20, instead of 2. Latest adjustment to its planned International routes from 16AUG20 to 24OCT20 as follow.
Additional changes remain likely pending on latest development. Due to travel restrictions, passenger traffic rights is not available on certain direction.
