Test requirement

  • Passengers travelling directly or indirectly from China aged 6 years and older must either hold a negative PCR test result or a negative antigen test obtained within 48 hours prior to departure.
  • This does not apply to the following passengers, provided they do not have Covid-19 symptoms:
    • Crew members;
    • Personnel of the EU or other international organisations;
    • Diplomats, consular officials and administrative and technical staff of diplomatic missions; or
    • Military personnel, those returning from international missions, police forces and the fire brigade.

Testing on arrival requirements

  • Passengers aged 6 years and older must either take an antigen swab test on arrival or, if this is not available, they must take a test at the competent local health authority within 48 hours after arrival. If the test result is positive, passengers must take a molecular test and self-isolate until the receive a negative antigen or molecular test result.
  • This does not apply to the following passengers, provided they do not have Covid-19 symptoms:
    • Crew members;
    • Personnel of the EU or other international organisations;
    • Diplomats, consular officials and administrative and technical staff of diplomatic missions; or
    • Military personnel, those returning from international missions, police forces and the fire brigade.
