All foreign travelers arriving in Russia have to present the certificate for a negative PCR test result taken within 48 hours of the time of their arrival. The certificate needs to be in English or Russian.

On 24 December 2020 the Russian authorities adopted a 14 day quarantine period for any travellers arriving from the UK. You will be required to self-isolate if you develop any symptoms of COVID-19 and/or if you test positive for COVID-19. You will be required to self-isolate until you have recovered and tested negative for COVID-19 on a PCR test.
