The use of masks that cover the nose and mouth will be mandatory for all users of bus; rail; air and sea transport. All the Spanish regions have now implemented mandatory mask for people six years of age and older in the following cases: a) In any closed space for public use or that is open to the public; b) In any outdoor space in which due to the crowding of people; it is not possible to maintain a minimum distance of 1.5 meters between them; except for groups of cohabitants; c) In air; sea; bus; or rail transport; including platforms and passenger stations; or by cable car; as well as in the public and private passenger transport in vehicles of up to nine seats; including the driver; if the occupants of the passenger cars do not live in the same address. In the case of ship passengers and boats; it will not be necessary to use masks when they are inside their cabin; or in exterior spaces of the ship when it is possible to keep the safety distance of 1.5 meters; d) In large outdoor events; when attendees are standing or if they are seated when 1.5 meters of distance between people; except for groups of cohabitants. The obligation contained in the previous section will not be enforceable in the following assumptions: a) To people who present some type of illness or difficulty in the respiratory tract that may be aggravated by the use of the mask or that; due to its situation of disability or dependency; do not have the autonomy to remove the mask; or present behavioural alterations that make their utilization; b) In the event that; due to the very nature of the activities; the use of the mask is incompatible; according to the instructions of the sanitary authorities; c) In those places or closed spaces for public use that are part of the place of residence of the groups that meet there; such as the institutions for the care of the elderly or people with functional diversity; the units intended for the collective residence of essential workers or other groups that have similar characteristics; as long as said groups and the workers who perform their duties there have vaccination coverage against SARS-CoV-2 above 80% with a complete guideline; accredited by the competent health authority. This last exception will not apply to external visitors; nor to workers in residential centres for the elderly or with functional diversity. ; 24/12/2021: The national government has now implemented the use of face mask in all public spaces for people six years of age and older.

Regarding cultural facilities; public shows and other recreational activities; the competent administrations must ensure compliance by the owners of cultural facilities; museums; libraries; archives or monuments; as well as by the owners of public entertainment establishments and other recreational activities; or by their organizers; of the capacity regulations; disinfection; prevention and conditioning that they determine. In any case; it must be ensured that the necessary measures are adopted to guarantee a minimum interpersonal distance of 1.5 meters; as well as due control to avoid crowds.

Extension of the state of alarm until 07/06/2020. Regarding hotels and tourist accommodation; the competent administrations must ensure compliance by the owners of hotels and similar accommodation; tourist accommodation; university residences and other short-stay accommodation; with the regulations on capacity; disinfection; prevention and conditioning that they determine. In particular; it will be ensured that the appropriate organizational measures are adopted in the common areas of said establishments to avoid crowds and guarantee that clients and workers maintain a minimum interpersonal safety distance of 1.5 metres.

Agreement on specific measures for sport competitions of the National Professional Football League; the League of the Association of Basketball Clubs (ACB); as well as other sporting events: capacity set at maximum 40%; for events in open venues and 30% for events in closed venues; always guaranteeing an interpersonal distance minimum of 1.5 meters; 01/09/2021: Measures for the Soccer League; the ACB and other sporting events extended till 30/09/2021; with a maximum capacity of 60% for events in open venues and a maximum capacity of 40% for events in closed venues; 29/09/2021: Measures for the National Professional Football League; the ACB and other sporting events: maximum capacity up to 100% for events in open venues and maximum capacity of up to 80% for events in closed venues; 27/10/2021: extension of previous measures for the National Professional Football League; the ACB and other sporting events; 24/11/2021: measures extended to 31/12/2021; 29/12/2021: Modification of measures as follows: maximum capacity of up to 75% for events in open venues and maximum capacity of up to 50% for events in closed venues; 26/01/2022: extension of measures; 07/02/2022: maximum capacity in sporting events up to 85% in open spaces and up to 75% in closed spaces. As of 1 April 2022; maximum capacity for sport competitions of the National Professional Football League; the League of the Association of Basketball Clubs (ACB); as well as other sporting events is 100% both indoors and outdoors.

Adaptation of measures in nursing homes and other residential social service centers: workers and visitors; both vaccinated and unvaccinated; should maintain hygiene and prevention measures; such as the use of a mask; hand hygiene and safety distance; as well as the appropriate cleaning/disinfection of the centers and adequate ventilation. Unvaccinated workers should carry out daily temperature control and PDIA (diagnostic test) on a regular basis (at least twice a week). For residents who have been vaccinated; or who have had the disease in the last 6 months; in situations of high community transmission; the Autonomous Community will assess performing PDIA upon leaving and/or re-entering the center after prolonged absences.

Opening of cocktail bars until 2:00 in the morning as long as customers are seated. The discos are closed; 08/10/2021: clubs open until 5:00 in the morning with a capacity of 75%; consumption at tables and mask to access the dance floor. For cinemas; theaters and spectacles; maximum capacity of 75% in cultural events; with the public seated and up to 500 in closed spaces; while outdoors up to 2;500 are allowed. 100% of the capacity is allowed if less than 300 people attend. To attend cultural events; a complete vaccination schedule or negative PCR is needed; 26/10/2021: the indoor capacity limitation of 75% is maintained in pubs and discos; consumption at the table and the prohibition of dance floors in Mallorca; Ibiza and Formentera. In Menorca; all capacity and time restrictions are eliminated and standing and dancing are allowed. For cinemas and spectacles the capacity is 80% indoor that can be more with authorisation; and 100% outdoors; 04/12/2021: 60% capacity indoors; with a facemask except at the moment of consumption; 17/12/2021: Cultural events limited to 80% indoors; 07/01/2021: indoor capacity limited to 60%; 01/02/2022: no capacity or time limits. For cultural events; the capacity inside is 80% and 100% outside (levels 3 and 4); 28/02/2022: Restriction lifted; although the use of the mask and the prohibition of smoking on the terraces are maintained.

By appointment and 50% capacity; 29/10/2021: Gyms are limited to 75% of capacity with a safety distance of 1;5 meters. Stadiums at 80% and closed facilities; such as pavilions; at 60%. ; 10/11/2021: Gyms can open now to 100% capacity. Stadiums and closed facilities remain at 80% capacity; 07/01/2022: 75% outdoors like soccer stadiums and 50% indoors like basketball pavilions; 28/03/2022: no restrictions in the capacity.

Weddings and other celebrations: Controlled risk level: No capacity limitations. Alert level 1: Maximum capacity 75% in closed spaces; without limitation in open spaces. Alert level 2: Maximum capacity 50% in closed spaces; without limitation in open spaces. Alert level 3: Maximum capacity 1/3 in closed spaces. Activities involving singing; dancing; and physical contact are prohibited; 23/03/2022: No time or capacity restrictions.

Controlled risk level: No capacity limitations. Alert level 1: 75% capacity in small businesses; shopping centers and markets. Alert level 2: 50% capacity in small businesses and shopping centers and 75% in markets; 04/01/2022: Alert level 3: 1/3 capacity in small businesses and shopping centers and 50% in markets. Alert level 4: Maximum capacity 1/3 in small businesses and 50% in markets. In shopping centers the capacity is also reduced to 1/3. In those of more than 400 square meters; the common areas cannot be open on Saturdays; Sundays and holidays; 23/03/2022: No time or capacity restrictions.

Without capacity limits or hours in the municipalities at the so-called 'controlled risk' level; and with a COVID passport and tables limited to 10 people in the localities in levels 1 and 2; 04/01/2022: restaurants must ask for the COVID certificate and have CO2 meters. In level 3 they can open with an interior capacity of 75% with tables of 6 people and an exterior of 100% with tables of 10; while in level 2 and 1 the interior capacity is 100% with tables of 10 people both inside and out of; 19/01/2022: COVID passport is no longer mandatory; 08/03/2022: level 1 interior capacity at 100% and 10 people per table (both indoors and outdoors); 23/03/2022: No time or capacity restrictions.

Unlimited capacity and hours in 'controlled risk' municipalities. In levels 1 and 2; the opening is conditional on having CO2 meters and requesting the COVID passport to enter. The interior capacity in level 1 is 75% and in level 2; 50%. The tables in both cases have to be from 10. The closing time is limited to 3:00 in the morning. For cinemas; theaters; auditoriums; circuses: Controlled risk level: without restrictions; Alert level 1: Maximum capacity of 100%. If eating and/or drinking is allowed; the COVID passport is mandatory. Alert level 2: Opening conditional on the existence of CO2 meters. Maximum capacity of 100%. If eating and drinking are allowed; a COVID passport is required; 04/01/2022: Nightlife closed in the localities at level 3. In the municipalities where it can open; CO2 meters and the COVID passport are necessary. In level 2 the interior capacity is limited to 50% with 10 people per table and in level 1 it is limited to 75% but the number of customers per table is also ten; 19/01/2022: number of customers per table at level 1 is 12; COVID passport no longer mandatory; 13/02/2022: nightlife closed at level 3. At level 2; the interior capacity is limited to 50% and on level 1 it is limited to 75%; both with a maximum of 10 customer per table; 23/03/2022: No time or capacity restrictions.

At level 4; the exits of residents outside these centers will be limited if they have not completed the vaccination schedule; 13/11/2021: By joint order of the health and social rights ministries; preventive measures applicable to the regime of visits; departures and trips; returns and new admissions in residential establishments for the elderly and the disabled; public or private; are established (all levels); 26/03/2022: no restrictions.

Level 1: Max. 10 p./group; including teacher; both indoors and outdoors. Level 2: Max. 6 p./group; including teacher; both indoors and outdoors. Level 3: Indoor sports activities prohibited and max. 4 p./group; including teacher; outdoors. Level 4: Indoor activities prohibited. 10 people at level 1; 6 at level 2; and 4 at levels 3 and 4. 13/09/2021: Level 1: 12 people; except cohabitants. Level 2: 8 people; except cohabitants. Level 3: 6 people; except cohabitants. Nightlife is allowed until 02:00; but only on the alert level 1 islands (La Gomera and El Hierro); although customers must remain seated. Occupancy is limited to 10 people on terraces and; indoors; 50% capacity and tables for up to 4 people. 13/09/2021: The Canary Islands allow the opening of nightlife on all the islands - not only in those that are in level 1 as before - but only for those activities in the hospitality industry; such as restaurants or bars; and without a dance floor. The closing time is at 1:00 in islands in level 3 and 4; until 2:00 in those in level 2; and until 1:00 in those of level 1. For cinemas; theaters and shows: Level 1: in outdoor spaces; the public must remain seated and the capacity is 75 or 50% whether or not food is consumed; In closed spaces it is 50% and the consumption of food and drink is not allowed. Level 2: They can only be held in outdoor spaces with a maximum capacity of 50% if food is not consumed and 33% if eating and drinking are allowed. Cinemas; theaters; auditoriums and other interior spaces will have a limit of 55% of the capacity. Level 3: Postponement is recommended. Eating and drinking is prohibited in cinemas; theaters; auditoriums and other interior spaces. Shows with choirs; bands or orchestras are not allowed indoors. Cinemas and theaters with a third of the capacity. Nightlife until 3:00 in the morning with the same capacity as the restaurant and without a dance floor; 06/11/2021: capacity such with as those for restaurants and closures according to license; bar consumption and dance floor are allowed; 13/12/2021: COVID passport: the Superior Court of Justice has authorized this measure for nightlife venues in which activities; such as dancing; music without or with disc-jockey or karaoke; are carried out.

COVID Passport mandatory to access residences for the elderly. 13/02/2022: elimination of the COVID certificate to access to economic; cultural and sports areas. This requirement will also be eliminated to be able to access the regimen of visits in residential centers for elderly people; dependent people and people with disabilities. However; it is maintained for the workers of the social and health centers.

Pubs and discos can only be open until 1:00 in the morning with an indoor capacity of 60%. Tables can be for a maximum of 10 people. COVID passport is required to enter. Nightlife is limited to the open air and terraces in groups of maximum 10 people until 12:30 am and with customer registration. 70% capacity in cinemas; theaters; circuses and auditoriums. Maximum 1;000 people; or 3;000 if ventilation is reinforced; all seated. Cultural activities must end before 12:30 am; 15/10/2021: until 05:00 on weekdays and until 06:00 on weekends. The premises will have to require the COVID certificate; PCR or a negative antigen test done 48 or 72 hours before to enter; in order to function with a capacity of 70% with dance floors. The use of a mask will be mandatory throughout the premises and alcohol may be consumed except on the dance floor. The music bars may open until 2:30 am on weekdays and until 3:00 am on weekends. The maximum number of people capable of meeting in venues for any type of social; cultural or sporting event will not exceed 1;500 people indoors and 1;800 people outdoors. In closed areas with a capacity of more than 3;000 people; the maximum capacity may not exceed 40 percent; and in open areas; 60 percent. ; 06/10/2021: The 80% capacity limitation is only maintained in events that take place in closed spaces in venues with a capacity of more than 5;000 people.

Closing of the interior of bars and restaurants. Only the terraces may be used without exceeding 30% capacity. The sale of food and drink to go is allowed. Bars and restaurants can reopen the interior of their premises from 03/03/2021 with a capacity of 30% until 9:30 p.m. (admission of the last customer at 9:00 p.m.). The hotel business may open throughout Andalusia until midnight. At level 1; the consumption of bar indoors is also allowed. At level 2; only the outdoor bars can be used and the tables will be for 6 people indoors and 10 outdoors. Maximum capacity for celebrations in the interior: 250 people at level 1. Level 1: 85% capacity in cinemas; theaters and circuses; with a separate location and a seated audience. Groups of 6 people. Sanitary authorization for shows of more than 400 spectators inside and 800 outside. Level 2: 75% capacity in cinemas; theaters and circuses; with a separate location and a seated audience. Groups of 6 people; 17/09/2021: Level 1: 100% capacity in cinemas; theaters and circuses with the greatest possible interpersonal distance. Level 2: 75% capacity in cinemas; theaters and circuses; with a separate location and a seated audience. Groups of 6 people. Level 3: 60% capacity in cinemas; theaters and circuses; with a separate location and a seated audience; 28/09/2021: in the municipalities in 'level 0'; there are no restrictions on capacity or hours; beyond that established by the license. In level 1; bar consumption is allowed and the tables can be 8 people indoors and 10 outdoors. 100% capacity in shows; museums and auditoriums; 21/10/2021: all Andalusian municipalities are at alert level 0; so there are no limits on capacity or hours.

In Illers Balears; 120 people outdoors and 50 indoors for ceremonies. Up to 13/08/2021; for public cultural gatherings; 75% capacity and attendees must be seated. Max. 500 attendees in closed spaces and 2500 people in open spaces. 100% capacity if less than 300 people. For public sportive events; maximum capacity of 50% with a limit of 2500 in open spaces; and maximum 500 attendees in closed spaces. Since 14 August 2021 in both cultural and sportive public gatherings; maximum capacity of 50% in events from 500 attendees to a maximum of 1.000 in covered spaces; and maximum capacity of 50% in events from 2.500 attendees to a limit of 5.000 in open spaces. In addition; as of August 14; in both cultural and sporting events; they will have to present a complete vaccination schedule or negative PCR or have overcome the disease.

Restaurants and cafes: Capacity of 30% indoors and 50% on the terrace. Bar consumption is not allowed. Closing at 22:00h; 07/05/2021: the maximum capacity indoors is 30%; while outdoors it is expanded to 75%. Bar consumption is not allowed and the closing is set at 00:00 hours. Diners will be a maximum of 6 per table; 28/05/2021: maximum capacity indoors is 50%; while outdoors it is increased to 100%. Bar consumption is not allowed and closing is set at 02:00; 08/09/2021: the maximum capacity indoors is 33%; while outdoors it is increased to 100%. Bar consumption is not allowed and closing is set at 01:00 for the terraces and at 00:30 for the interior on Fridays; Saturdays and the eve of holidays. The rest of the days the closing will take place at midnight; 14/09/2021: Indoor seating of 50% indoors and 100% on terraces with tables of no more than 6 people inside the premises and 10 outdoors. There are no longer time restrictions; 06/10/2021: 75% indoor capacity with tables of 8 people and 100% outdoor capacity with tables of 12. Closing hours according to license. ; 29/10/2021: The capacity is the same as the license provided the safety measures are followed. 100% capacity indoor with tables of maximum 10 people and 12 people per table outdoor; 10/11/2021: without capacity limits and with the schedule established by the license. Tables and chairs must be 1.5 meters apart; the bar can be used with interpersonal distance and smoking on terraces is prohibited if there is not at least 2 meters of distance. No restriction related to number of people per table.

The nightlife venues will be able to serve the public until 02:00 hours on Fridays; Saturdays and the eve of holidays and until 01:00 hours the rest of the days. Dancing and the use of the bar are prohibited; and the interior capacity will be 50%. Cinemas and theaters: in closed premises; they may not exceed an occupancy of more than 2/3 of their capacity; as long as a seat distance can be maintained in the same row in the case of fixed seats or 1.5 meters apart; 14/09/2021: 50% capacity indoors and 100% on the terrace. There are no longer time restrictions. For cinemas and theaters: in closed premises; they may not exceed an occupancy of more than 75% of their capacity; as long as a seat distance can be maintained in the same row in the case of fixed seats or 1.5 meters apart; 06/10/2021: 65% indoor and 100% outdoor capacity. The premises must keep a record of customers for their location in case of a positive. ; 28/10/2021: 80% of capacity in indoor events and 100% in outdoors. Night clubs can operate with 100% in outdoor terraces; and 65% in indoors with the possibility of dancing with face mask and safety distance. Gambling centres can work at their normal capacity; but only 10 people are allowed to seat in each table; 10/11/2021: no capacity limit and with the schedule established by the license. Dance floors are allowed as long as interpersonal distance is maintained and not consumed. 100% cinemas and theaters with numbered tickets and a seated audience.

13/01/2021: In Mallorca and Ibiza the gyms remain closed. Menorca and Formentera -as of January 23- the capacity is limited to 30% and the groups cannot be more than 6 people; 15/03/2021: gyms open at 30%; maximum groups of six and mask. From March 2; you can use weight rooms with machines other than cardio and three meters away. The number of people who can participate in outdoor physical activities; such as excursions; is expanded from six to 10; 13/04/2021: In Mallorca; Ibiza and Formentera; gyms at 30% and activities abroad limited to 10 people. In Menorca; 50% gyms and outdoor activities limited to 15 people; 07/06/2021: in directed activity rooms; the simultaneous presence in the same room of a group of a maximum of 25 people in the case of low-intensity activities or of a group of a maximum of 20 people in the case of activities of high intensity are allowed. In any case; the use of a mask is mandatory; both for the monitoring staff and for those who carry out the sports activity. The practice of static activities in the room; including directed activities and weight rooms are allowed as long as it does not exceed 75% of the maximum capacity. Up to 13 August 2021; maximum capacity of 50% in sporting events; with an attendance limit of 2;500 people in open spaces and 500 people in covered spaces. In Menorca the obligation of a mask in gyms is only maintained in those areas where a safety distance cannot be maintained.

The Balearic Government established a system with five alert levels; ranging from 0; called 'new normal' to 4; of very high or extreme risk of contagion. Level 0: Capacity of 100% outdoors and between 50-75% indoors. Bar consumption only until 10pm. Level 1: Close at 00h. Capacity of 75% outdoors and between 50-75% indoors in function of ventilation. Bar consumption until 10pm. Level 2: Close at 00h. Capacity of 75% outdoors and 40-70% indoors depending on ventilation. Level 3: Close at 00h. Capacity of 75% outdoors and between 30-60% indoors depending on ventilation. Level 4: Closing at 10pm. Capacity of 50% in the exterior and closed interior. 23/01/2021: Mallorca is at level 4. In Menorca and in Formentera the interior of bars and restaurants must remain closed and consumption on the terrace is limited to 75% capacity. Closing is at 10 p.m. except Friday; Saturday and the eve of holidays; which is at 6 p.m; 02/03/2021: bars and restaurants are back in operation in Mallorca and Formentera; where restaurants were closed until now. On both islands it can only be served on terraces with a capacity of 50% and tables with up to four people from two coexistence centers. The closing time in Mallorca is 5:00 p.m. and in Formentera 6:00 p.m. In Menorca; restaurants and cafes have reopened the interior with a capacity of 30% until 5:00 p.m. and tables for four people from two families. In terraces; the capacity is 75%; six people per table of two nuclei and hours until 10pm from Sunday to Thursday. Friday; Saturday and the eve of holidays closing is at 6:00 p.m. In Ibiza the hotel business is still closed. It only works for local collection and home delivery; 13/04/2021: in Mallorca and Ibiza the interior of bars and restaurants is closed and on terraces a capacity of 50% is allowed with tables of four people from two coexistence centers and closing at 5:00 p.m. In Formentera a capacity of 30% is allowed indoors with tables of four of up to two households until 5:00 p.m. On the terraces the capacity is limited to 50% with tables of six people of up to two living units until 6:00 p.m. In Menorca; the interior is limited to 50% with tables of four people of two nuclei and closes at 5:00 p.m. On terraces there is no capacity limitation but the tables cannot be for more than six people from two households. The closing time is at 10:00 p.m. except Friday; Saturday and the eve of holidays; 27/04/2021: in Mallorca; the maximum limitation of 4 people per table is maintained; but the opening hours are extended until 10:30 p.m. In Ibiza only the terraces with tables for four people work until 10:30 p.m. In Formentera; the indoor capacity is 50% with tables for up to four people and closing time at 5:00 p.m. The terraces can be open for one more hour; until 6:00 p.m.; on weekends. In Menorca; the interior is limited to 50%; tables of four and close at 5:00 p.m.; but the terraces can work with tables of six until 10:00 p.m. except Friday; Saturday and the eve of holidays; which must close at 6:00 p.m; 09/05/2021: in Mallorca and Ibiza the interior is still closed but the terraces can be open 100% with four people per table with no limit of coinhabitants. In Ibiza and Formentera the interior is limited to 50% with tables for up to four people from two coinhabitants; on these two islands the terraces work 100% with tables for six people with no limit of coinhabitants. Closure is at 10:30 p.m. at the latest; 23/05/2021: all islands can have their terraces 100%. In Mallorca and Ibiza there can only be four people per table; while in Menorca the number is increased to six and in Formentera to eight. In that last island the closing is at 23:30 hours; while in the other three it is advanced at 23:00 hours. With regard to the interior; in the whole archipelago it closes at 18:00 hours and can only have four people per table. In Menorca and Formentera they will be able to open to 50% of their capacity; and in Mallorca and Ibiza to 50% if they do not have a terrace and to 30% in the case of having it; 04/06/2021: Indoors until 00:00 hours; with a capacity of 50%. The service and consumption in the bars is prohibited. 6 people per table or group of tables. On terraces; with full capacity up to its maximum authorized; until 00:00 hours. The maximum capacity of the tables will be 10 people per table or group of tables; without being able to divide larger groups between tables or groups of adjoining tables; 19/06/2021: Indoors until 02.00 with 50% capacity and 6 people per table; Outdoors until 02.00 with 100% capacity and 12 people per table. 16/08/2021: restaurants on all the islands have to close at 01:00 and the number of people per table is reduced both indoors; where it is limited to eight; and outdoors; which is fixed at four. The cocktail bars can open until 02:00; without dancing. The discos; for the moment; are still closed; 23/08/2021: in Mallorca; Menorca and Formentera; restaurants can open until 2:00 in the morning with 8 people per table indoors and 12 outdoors. In Ibiza the closing time is at 1:00 with tables of 4 and 8 respectively.; 01/10/2021: opening hours without limit with 75% capacity indoors and 100% outdoors. 07/08/2021: restaurants can open until 2:00 in the morning with 8 people per table indoors and 12 outdoors in all islands. 01/10/2021: opening hours without limit with 75% capacity indoors and 100% outdoors. 26/10/2021: Restaurants are 100% indoors on all the islands.

Municipalities at low-medium risk: Facilities closed; such as gyms; at 50% and groups of a maximum of six people not counting the monitor. Outdoors it is recommended not to exceed 15 people. Municipalities at medium and high risk: Facilities closed; such as gyms; at 30% and groups of a maximum of six people not counting the monitor. Outdoors it is recommended not to exceed 15 people; 23/10/2021: 100% gyms and swimming pools.

Closure of non-essential shops at 6:00 p.m. and shopping malls closed during the weekends. All commercial activity has a capacity limitation of 50%. From February 17 they will be able to close at their usual time; 26/02/2021: the shopping centers can open on weekends; 05/03/2021: the markets are regulated as follows: 100% of the capacity if they have less than 50 seats; 75% if they have between 50 and 100 and 50% if they have more than 100 seats; 10/07/2021: Retail trade at 75% and common areas of shopping centers at 50%; 09/10/2021: General capacity at 90%. 23/10/2021: 100% of capacity.

50% capacity in public gatherings up to a limit of 1500 people in closed spaces; with closing time until 00:30h. In the case of being held outdoors; the capacity will be 75% with a maximum of 3;000 people attending; 28/09/2021: Events that may involve crowds are limited to 50% indoors and 75% outdoors; 09/10/2021: The capacity will be 100% when the public is seated and no food or drink is consumed. Museums and exhibition halls must respect the limitation of one third of their capacity; in cinemas and theaters; maximum capacity is a third of the capacity; but if there are no pre-assigned tickets; attendance is limited to 25 people indoors and 50 outdoors; 04/06/2021: cinemas; theaters and auditoriums capacity of 50% with a seat away or 1.5 meters. In establishments without pre-assigned seats; capacity of 1/3; with a maximum of 100 people indoors and 200 outdoors; 20/07/2021: the interior of discos and party rooms is closed; while the rest of the nightlife (cocktail bars; pubs; karaokes ; etc ...) has limited capacity to 50% for rooms with more than 40 clients and 75% for smaller with closing time at 1:30 am. Cinemas; theaters and auditoriums will have a maximum capacity of 75% with a seat distance or; failing that; 1.5 meters; 21/09/2021: Discotheques and party rooms with indoor seating capacity of 50% and terraces of 75% and tables for up to 25 people in both cases. Inside the bar and standing consumption is allowed; on the terraces only at the table. Rest of the nightlife (pubs; cocktail bars and karaoke bars) 75% indoor and 100% terraces with tables for up to 25 people. Consumption in the bar and standing is allowed; 01/10/2021: no capacity limits.

Closing at 10:00 p.m.; not being able to admit clients from 9:30 p.m. From 08/01/2021: Commercial establishments are closed to the public at 7:00 p.m.; with the exception of those that perform on-call duties; in particular; pharmacies and service stations. From 13/04/2021: Commercial establishments are closed to the public at 9:00 p.m. From 12/05/2021; a third of the capacity. Closing at 00:00 hours. From 03/06/2021; the closing time is established for all non-essential activities at 02:00; with the exception of the establishments that develop guard functions; in particular; pharmacies and stations of service. The capacity of the interiors of facilities and establishments is fixed at 50%; 02/07/2021: Capacity of 30% and closing at 00:00 . From 10/09/2021: The maximum closing time for all non-essential activities is established at 03:00. However; the provisions of the corresponding opening license will be followed. The mask remain mandatory inside the markets and shops for workers and costumers as well as the safety distance of 1;5 meters.

30% of the capacity in small shops and malls of less than 400 m2 and non-sedentary markets. Closed during weekends. The gyms reopened on Monday; February 8; 2021; with 30% of the capacity and groups that did not exceed six people. The federated sport and the sports councils are equated to be able to train with more than six people and participate in the allowed competitions. Extracurricular activities in the open air and sports are resumed in Infant and Primary with a maximum of 6 students per classroom; 09/05/2021: 50% capacity both outdoors and indoors; including swimming pools. Competitions: allowed are international; professional; state categories and competitions in addition to the regular leagues of any age. In these competitions; except those of basketball and professional football; the presence of public with the limitation of 50% is allowed. Sports competitions that take place at all times outdoors in facilities or equipment that have an authorized capacity of more than 15;000 people may have a maximum number of attendees of 20% of the capacity if access flows are established. Independent bathrooms and dining areas; and with a maximum of 3;000 people in pre-assigned seats; 02 July 2021: Unlimited capacity in outdoor spaces and with a maximum capacity of 85% in closed spaces; 06/09/2021: Maximum capacity of 30% in outdoor sports venues that have a capacity of more than 10;000 people; without catering services; 30/09/2021: stadiums can function again with 100% capacity. In the facilities of more than 10;000 spectators: 60% outdoors and 40% indoors; dividing into groups of 1;750 people; 15/10/2021: Capacity at 100% except in facilities or equipment in closed spaces; which is 80% (in this case; the public can be 100%); 04/11/2021: 100% closed gyms and sports facilities;

Physical activity can be practiced in outdoor facilities; up to a maximum of 25 people and without physical contact; respecting the distance of 2 meters; being the use of a mandatory mask. In sports centers or gyms; sports activity can be carried out; without physical contact; respecting the distance interpersonal safety of at least 2 meters and the use of a mask is mandatory. You may not exceed 50% of the capacity of the room and group activities may never exceed 15 people. The presence of the public will be allowed in the case of national competitions and regional competitions in absolute and youth categories; up to a maximum of 300 people; seated in a pre-assigned seat; keeping an interpersonal distance of 1.5 meters; hand hygiene and use of a mask at all times; 03/09/2021: the capacity for professional sport competitions is expanded to 60% in open spaces and 40% in closed areas. Physical activity can be practiced in outdoor facilities; individually or in groups; up to a maximum of 25 people and without physical contact; respecting the distance of 2 meters; being the use of a mask mandatory; with the sole exception of circumstances that require a high additional intake of oxygen. In the case of closed facilities; in addition to the above requirements; it may not exceed 50% of the capacity of the room and group activities may never exceed 30 people and public attendance will follow the same indications as in other areas. 9/10/2021: Restrictions lifted but for massive sporting events and professional sports competitions; a maximum capacity of 100% is set for outdoor events and a capacity of 80% for indoor events.Seats will be pre-assigned. Non-essential commerce remains closed in municipalities with more than 3;000 inhabitants. As a general rule; retail stores and shopping centres may not exceed 30% of the capacity. The Ministry of Health and the autonomous communities have agreed on the 1st of October; within the Interterritorial Council of the National Health System; new coordinated actions in public health to respond to situations of special risk due to uncontrolled transmission of Covid-19. The new measures have to be implemented in populations with more than 100;000 inhabitants that have an incidence greater than 500 cases per 100;000 people in the last 14 days; a positivity of diagnostic tests for active infection greater than 10% and those who are in autonomous communities with an ICU bed occupancy by Covid19 patients greater than 35% of the usual staff.
