The government of Ukraine has introduced new entry requirements. All travelers, except for Ukrainian citizens and holders of permanent residency permit, are required to present either a negative rapid test, or a negative PCR test report taken not more than 72 hours prior to arrival, or a vaccination certificate upon entry. Those who fail to present any of the aforementioned documents will be denied entry. Individuals who fail to present aforementioned documents are required to download the Vdoma mobile application and undergo a mandatory quarantine for 72 hours. During this quarantine period they will be undergoing a PCR or rapid testing and they can end their quarantine after testing negative. Children under 12 years of age are exempted from testing requirements.
