1. Passengers are not allowed to enter if in the past 14 days they have been in Botswana, Eswatini, Lesotho, Mozambique, Namibia, South Africa or Zimbabwe. - This does not apply to
nationals and residents of Chile.
2. Passengers are not allowed to enter. - This does not apply to: - nationals and residents of Chile; - children and parents of nationals and residents of Chile. They must have
proof of their relationship; - spouses and partners with registered partnership of nationals and residents of Chile who were married or registered as partners in Chile. They must
have a confirmation of their relationship issued by Civil Registry; - passengers with a diplomatic or official visa issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Chile; - passengers
with a diplomatic or official passport; - passengers with a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated at least 14 days before arrival. Vaccines
accepted are: AstraZeneca (SK Bioscience), AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria), Covieshield, Janssen, Moderna (Spikevax), Pfizer-BioNTech (Comirnaty), Sinopharm and Sinovac. The certificate
must be uploaded before departure at https://mevacuno.gob.cl/; - passengers younger than 6 years traveling with their vaccinated parents/guardians.
3. Passengers must arrive at Antofagasta (ANF), Iquique (IQQ), Punta Arenas (PUQ) or Santiago (SCL). - This does not apply to: - nationals and residents of Chile; - passengers
with a diplomatic passport.
4. Passengers must have a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken at most 72 hours before departure of the last direct flight to Chile. - This does not apply to: - passengers younger
than 2 years; - nationals and residents of Chile with 2 medical certificates with positive Coronavirus (COVID-19) RT-PCR test results: - the first test taken at least 14 days and
at most one month before departure, and - the second test taken at most 72 hours before departure.
5. Passengers must complete an "Affidavit for Travellers to Prevent Coronavirus Diseases (COVID-19) (Declaracion Jurada)" at most 48 hours before arrival at www.c19.cl . They will
receive a confirmation email with a QR code to be presented upon arrival. The confirmation email must state "Vacunas Validadas" for passengers with a COVID-19 vaccination
certificate.
6. Passengers must have travel insurance to cover COVID-19 expenses, with a minimum coverage of USD 30,000. This does not apply to: - nationals and residents of Chile; - nationals
of Spain with an E-CHL/09 and E-CH/11 form.
7. Passengers must undergo "Passenger Tracking" for 14 days or until they leave Chile.
8. Passengers could be subject to a COVID-19 PCR test upon arrival; and - are subject to quarantine for up to 7 days. Passengers with a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing
that they were fully vaccinated at least 14 days before arrival are subject to quarantine until test results are ready. Details can be found at
https://chile.gob.cl/chile/en/ingreso-a-chile-desde-el-exterior . - This does not apply to passengers who in the past 14 days have been in Botswana, Eswatini, Lesotho, Mozambique,
Namibia, South Africa or Zimbabwe.
9. Passengers who in the past 14 days they been in Botswana, Eswatini, Lesotho, Mozambique, Namibia, South Africa or Zimbabwe are subject to a COVID-19 PCR test upon arrival and
quarantine for 7 days.
10. Passengers younger than 18 years traveling unaccompanied are subject to quarantine at home.
11. Airline crew could be subject to quarantine for up to 7 days. - This does not apply to: - airline crew with a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully
vaccinated and received a booster dose at most 6 months before arrival; - airline crew with a negative COVID-19 antigen or RT-PCR test taken at least every 7 days.
