• Must present proof of COVID-19 vaccinations (14 days must have passed since the last dose was administered) . • Must fill out the health declaration form within 48 hours of travelling. Unvaccinated foreign nationals need to show proof of negative lateral flow or PCR test taken no more than 72 hours before boarding and adhere to the requirements stated above: proof of vaccinations, health cover in Uruguay and complete health declaration form online.
