United Kingdom, Zambia or Zimbabwe are not allowed to enter. - This does not apply to: - nationals of Indonesia; - participants of the G20 event with a diplomatic assignment letter

issued by their government and invitation letter from the Ministry of Indonesia.

2. Passengers are not allowed to enter. - This does not apply to: - nationals of Indonesia; - passengers with a Temporary Stay Permit (ITAS) or Permanent Stay Permit (ITAP); -

passengers with a diplomatic or service visa; - passengers with a diplomatic or service stay permit; - passengers with an e-visit visa with a visa number ending with LN; -

passengers with an APEC Business Travel Card; - passengers traveling under the Travel Corridor Arrangement (TCA); - participants of the G20 event with a diplomatic assignment

letter issued by their government and invitation letter from the Ministry of Indonesia; - passengers who in the past 14 days have been in Angola, Botswana, Denmark, Eswatini, Hong

Kong (SAR China), Lesotho, Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia, Nigeria, Norway, South Africa, United Kingdom, Zambia or Zimbabwe; - nationals of Bahrain, China (People's Rep.), France,

Hungary, India, Italy, Japan, Korea (Rep.), Kuwait, Liechtenstein, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Spain, Sweden and United Arab Emirates arriving at

Denpasar-Bali (DPS) or Batam (BTH) as tourists from their country of nationality. They must have: - a confirmed booking of accommodation; and - an e-visit tourist visa with a visa

number ending with LN; and - a medical insurance with minimal coverage of USD 100,000- for COVID-19 treatment.

3. Passengers are not allowed to transit.

4. Passengers must enter Indonesia via Jakarta (CGK) or Manado (MDC).

5. Passengers must have a negative COVID-19 PCR or RT-PCR test taken at most 72 hours before departure from the first embarkation point. The test result must be in English.

6. Airline crew must have a negative COVID-19 PCR or RT-PCR test taken at most 3 days before departure from the first embarkation point. The test result must be in English.

7. Passengers must have a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated at least 14 days before departure. The certificate must be issued in both

English and a local language of the country where passengers were vaccinated. - This does not apply to: - nationals of Indonesia; - passengers younger than 18 years; - passengers

with a diplomatic or service visa and an invitation letter issued by an Indonesian Ministry under the Travel Corridor Arrangement (TCA).

8. Airline crew must have a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated at least 14 days before departure. The certificate must be issued in both

English and a local language of the country where the airline crew was vaccinated. - This does not apply to airline crew transiting without disembarking the aircraft.

9. Passengers are subject to a COVID-19 PCR test upon arrival and quarantine for up to 14 days.

10. A completed "electronic health awareness card (e-HAC)" must be presented upon arrival. The card can be obtained before departure through the "Pedulilindungi" mobile app.

11. Airline crew with a crew ID card are visa exempt if they are listed in the General Declaration and wearing uniform.

12. Deadhead crew will be given an entry stamp. They must: - have a valid crew ID card or crew member certificate; - provide written notification to Immigration Officer proving

they will be on duty on the return flight. The notification must be received by Immigration Officer minimum 24 hours from arrival.

13. Suspension of all visa exemptions and visa on arrival facilities. - This does not apply to passengers with a British diplomatic passport and nationals of Argentina, Brazil,

China (People?s Rep.), France, India, Italy, Japan, Korea (Rep.), Mexico, Russian Fed., South Africa and Turkey with a diplomatic or service passport participating in the G20 event

who are visa exempt.
