1. Passengers are not allowed to enter Singapore. - This does not apply to: - nationals of Singapore; - permanent residents of Singapore; - passengers with a Long-Term Visit Pass
(LTVP) or a Long-Term Visit Pass In-Principle Approval (LTVP IPA); - passengers with a Work Pass, Long-Term Visit Pass (LTVP), Dependant's Pass, or the respective In-Principle
Approval (IPA) issued by the Ministry of Manpower (MOM). They must have an approval letter from the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) or Safe Travel Office (STO); - passengers with a
Student's Pass (STP) or a Student's Pass In-Principle Approval (STP IPA). They must have an Approval Letter for Entry (ALE) issued by the Ministry of Education (MOE) or the Safe
Travel Office (STO); - passengers with an approval letter from the Safe Travel Office (STO), Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA), Ministry of Education (MOE), Ministry of Health
(MOH), or Ministry of Trade and Industry (MTI); -This does not apply to with a Business Travel Pass (BTP) or a Pre-Approved Business Pass (PBP); -This does not apply to passengers
with an Air Travel Pass approval letter issued by Singapore if they: - have only been in Singapore and/or Category I countries/regions

the first embarkation point; and - have a visa to enter Singapore (if they are a visa-required short-term visitor). - This does not apply to passengers with a Vaccinated Travel
Pass (VTL) approval letter issued by Singapore if they: - have a valid proof of vaccination issued in Singapore or a Vaccinated Travel Lane (VTL) country/region listed on
https://safetravel.ica.gov.sg/vtl/requirements-and-process#countries ; and - they have only been in or transited through China (People's Rep.), Chinese Taipei, Hong Kong (SAR
China), Macao (SAR China), Singapore or a VTL country/region in the past 14 days; and - have a visa to enter Singapore (if they are a visa-required short-term visitor); and - have
a medical certificate with a negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) PCR or rapid antigen test, taken at most 2 days before departure from the first embarkation point; and - arrive in
Singapore on a designated VTL flight. - This does not apply to residents of Brunei Darussalam if they: - have a valid SafeTravel Pass approval letter issued by Singapore under the
Singapore-Brunei Reciprocal Green Lane; and - have a visa to enter Singapore (if they are a visa-required short-term visitor); and - have a medical certificate with a negative
Coronavirus (COVID-19) PCR test taken at most 3 days before departure from the first embarkation point; and - stayed in Brunei Darussalam in the last 14 days before departure; and
- have a return ticket or proof of other transportation arrangements to depart from Singapore. - This does not apply to residents of China (People's Rep.) if they: - have a valid
Safe Travel Pass approval letter issued by Singapore under the Singapore-China Reciprocal Green Lane; and - have a visa to enter Singapore (if they are a visa-required short-term
visitor); and - have a medical certificate with a negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) PCR test taken at most 3 days before departure from the first embarkation point; and - stayed in
Chongqing, Guangdong, Jiangsu, Shanghai, Tianjin, or Zhejiang in the last 7 days before departure; and - have a return ticket or proof of other transportation arrangements to
depart from Singapore. - This does not apply to returning passengers with a Work Pass, Student's Pass, Dependant's Pass, or Long-Term Visit Pass who have an Entry Travel Pass
issued by the Brunei authorities under the Singapore-Brunei Reciprocal Green Lane, an invitation letter issued by the Chinese authorities under the Singapore-China Fast Lane, a
Singapore-Germany-Singapore (SGS) Travel Pass issued by the Singaporean-German Chamber of Industry and Commerce under the Singapore-Germany Reciprocal Green Lane, an electronic
visa issued by the Indonesian authorities, an approval letter issued by the Embassy of Japan under the Singapore-Japan Reciprocal Green Lane, an approval letter issued by the Korea
(Rep.) Embassy in Singapore under the Singapore-ROK Fast Lane, or a MyTravelPass approval letter issued by the Malaysian authorities under the Singapore-Malaysia Reciprocal Green
Lane. They do not require an approval letter from the Safe Travel Office (STO), Ministry of Manpower (MOM), or Ministry of Education (MOE). - This does not apply to passengers
between 3 and 12 years, if they: - in the past 14 days have only been in, or transited through China (People's Rep.), Chinese Taipei, Hong Kong (SAR China), Macao (SAR China),
Singapore or a VTL country/region; and - have a medical certificate with a negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) PCR or rapid antigen test taken at most 2 days before departure from the
first embarkation point; and - have a visa to enter Singapore (if they are a visa-required short-term visitor); and - arrive in Singapore on a designated VTL flight.
2. Passengers entering and transiting through Singapore must have a negative COVID-19 test taken at most 2 days before the day of departure from the first embarkation point. If
passengers have transited for more than 24 hours before arriving in Singapore, the negative test must be taken at most 2 days before the day of departure of the last direct flight
to Singapore. Passengers entering or transiting through Singapore from Category II or Category III countries/regions (https://safetravel.ica.gov.sg/shn-and-swab-summary) could be
subject to presenting a negative COVID-19 PCR test or professionally-administered ART result. Passengers entering or transiting through Singapore from Category IV countries/regions
(https://safetravel.ica.gov.sg/shn-and-swab-summary) must present a negative COVID-19 PCR test result. The test result must: - be in English; and - include the date the test was
taken; and - include a minimum of 2 personal identifiers as stated in the passport (i.e. name and either date of birth or passport number). More details can be found at

3. Passengers are not allowed to transit. - This does not apply when traveling on airlines with transit routes approved by the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS).
4. Passengers must comply with the prevailing Singapore government requirements upon entry into Singapore. Passengers could be subject to quarantine or Stay Home Notice (SHN).

5. Passengers could be subject to a COVID-19 PCR test upon arrival at their own expense. Passengers should register and pre-pay for their on-arrival COVID-19 PCR test prior to
departing for at https://safetravel.changiairport.com - This does not apply to: - passengers younger than 3 years; - merchant seamen.
6. Passengers must submit a health declaration before arrival via the SG Arrival Card (SGAC) e-Service (https://eservices.ica.gov.sg/sgarrivalcard) or via the mobile application.
- This does not apply to passengers in transit.
7. Passengers with a Work Pass, Long-Term Visit Pass (LTVP), Dependant's Pass, or the respective In-Principle Approval (IPA), a Student's Pass (STP) or a Student's Pass
In-Principle Approval (STP IPA), must have: - a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated at least 14 days before arrival. Vaccines accepted are
AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria), AstraZeneca (SK Bioscience), Covaxin, Covishield, Janssen, Moderna (Spikevax), Pfizer-BioNTech (Comirnaty), Sinopharm and Sinovac; - vaccination status on
