Other cultural events are allowed with further measures in place (2m distance between visitors; each visitor must have a seat assigned; no food or drinks served; max 500 visitors). The right to peacefuly gather is amended as follows: a) each participant is obliged to have a respiratory protective device (nose; mouth) that prevents the spread of droplets; in accordance with an extraordinary measure of the Ministry of Health; which regulates the obligation to use a respiratory protective device; b) if the meeting takes place outside the interior of the buildings; its participants may gather in groups of up to 20 participants and observe a spacing between groups of participants of at least 2 meters; c) if the assembly takes place in the interior of buildings; its participants must; with the exception of household members; keep a distance of at least 2 meters and disinfect their hands before entering the interior.; 17/05/2021: stipulated that celebrations; parties; festivities and similar events are allowed for a limited number of people; 50 people indoors and 100 people outdoors. In addition; at least one of the following conditions must be met: all undergo a PCR test (max. 7 days before); an antigen test (max. 72 hours before); be vaccinated; or have undergone covid-19 in the last 180 days. If at least one of the above conditions is not met; the limit of a maximum of 10 people in one place applies. The obligation to have the mouth and nose covered by a respirator or other protective device without an exhalation valve with a filtration efficiency of at least 94% (class FFP2 / KN 95) or a surgical mask still applies.; 7/06/2021: stipulates that both private and public gatherings are allowed for max 200 people indoors and 500 people indoors. In addition; at least one of the following conditions must be met: all undergo a PCR test (max. 7 days before); an antigen test (max. 72 hours before); be vaccinated; or have undergone covid-19 in the last 180 days. If at least one of the above conditions is not met; the limit of a maximum of 10 people in one place applies. The obligation to have the mouth and nose covered by a respirator or other protective device without an exhalation valve with a filtration efficiency of at least 94% (class FFP2 / KN 95) or a surgical mask still applies; unless 2m distance can be sustained.; 26/06/2021: The right to peacefully assemble is restricted so as to limit the size of a group of people assembling to 20 persons pursuant to other regulations. If a gathering takes place outside of the inner premises of a building; its participants may gather groupwise and the group size must not exceed 20 persons. If it takes place on the inner premises of a building; its participants (with the exception of mutual household members) are obligated to keep a 2-meter safe distance.; 05/05/2022: all pandemic restrictions are lifted.

Kinder unter 15 Jahren; wer an diesen Orten andere Schutzausrüstung tragen darf; wie eine medizinische Gesichtsmaske oder ein ähnliches Gerät, das mindestens alle technischen Bedingungen und Anforderungen erfüllt; 14.04.2022: Auch im Freien ist das Tragen von Atemschutz erforderlich; wenn es in dem gegebenen Bereich eine Ansammlung von Personen gibt (Konzerte, Sportveranstaltungen usw.) und mehrere andere Situationen; 14.04.2022: Das Tragen einer Atemschutzmaske in öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in ganz Tschechien ist nicht mehr vorgeschrieben. Heutzutage ist das Tragen der Atemschutzmaske nur noch in Gesundheitseinrichtungen und sozialen Einrichtungen vorgeschrieben.

From 12 April 2021; the possibility of visits to prisons; remand prisons and institutions for the performance of security detention is renewed.
