Mask requirements
Passengers aged 6 years and older are required to wear a face mask.
Entry restrictions
- Valid until 30th June 2022: Unvaccinated passengers: Passengers are not permitted to enter Singapore.
- Vaccinated passengers: This does not apply to passengers who hold proof that they are fully vaccinated against Covid-19.
- Other exempt passengers, provided that they quarantine for 7 days on arrival and undergo testing on day 7:
- Nationals and permanent residents of Singapore;
- Long-term pass holders medically ineligible for vaccines;
- Long-term pass holders aged 13 to 17;
- Long-term pass holders and short-term visitors with other valid entry approvals; or
- Work permit holders, provided they have completed the online Onboard booking system.
- Valid from 1st July 2022: Unvaccinated passengers: Passengers are not permitted to enter Singapore.
- Vaccinated passengers: This does not apply to passengers who hold proof that they are fully vaccinated against Covid-19.
- Other exempt passengers, provided that they quarantine for 7 days on arrival and undergo testing on day 7:
- Nationals and permanent residents of Singapore;
- Long-term pass holders medically ineligible for vaccines;
- Long-term pass holders and IPA holders aged 13 to 17. These passengers must hold proof they have been granted approval to enter Singapore, or a vaccination exemption for entry into Singapore;
- Long-term pass holders and short-term visitors with other valid entry approvals; or
- Work permit holders, provided they have completed the online Onboard booking system.
Vaccination requirements
- Definition of Fully Vaccinated:
- Passengers aged 13 years and older are considered fully vaccinated against Covid-19 if they meet one of the following conditions at least 2 weeks prior to travel:
- Received 1 dose of a 1-dose vaccine (Johnson and Johnson);
- Received 2 doses of the following 2-dose vaccines at least 24 days apart: AstraZeneca, Covaxin, Covishield, Moderna;
- Received 2 doses of the following 2-dose vaccines at least 17 days apart: Novavax, Pfizer-BioNTech, Sinopharm;
- Received 2 doses of the Sinovac vaccine at least 13 days apart;
- Received a mixture of any 2 doses of the following vaccines at least 17 days apart: AstraZeneca, Covaxin, Covishield, Covovax, Johnson and Johnson, Moderna, Pfizer-BioNTech, Sinopharm, Sinovac;
- Received any of the above vaccine combinations and since recovered from Covid-19; or
- Received at least 1 dose of a 2-dose vaccine (AstraZeneca, Covaxin, Covishield, Covovax, Moderna, Pfizer-BioNTech, Sinopharm, Sinovac), and hold a positive test result obtained at least 28 days prior to arrival if the passenger was not vaccinated before their first infection.
Form requirements
- Passengers must submit an electronic Singapore Arrival Card with Health Declaration (eHDC) via the SG Arrival Card e-Service within 3 days prior to arrival and submit the acknowledgment email to the Officer-in-Charge on arrival. Passengers must follow any instructions written in the "Remarks" field in the acknowledgement email on arrival in Singapore. Passengers who do not submit a completed declaration may be fined or face imprisonment.
- Passengers must also present a copy of their eHDC during check-in, and ensure that their identification details correspond to the details stated in the eHDC.
- Passengers aged 7 years and older must download the Trace Together app and use it after arrival.
Insurance requirements
- Unvaccinated passengers: Passengers must hold travel insurance that covers Covid-19 medical treatment and hospitalisation costs with a minimum coverage of S$30,000. Passengers must hold an electronic or physical copy of their travel insurance policy.
- Vaccinated passengers: Insurance is not required for passengers who are fully vaccinated.
Test requirements
- Unvaccinated passengers: Unvaccinated passengers must either hold a professionally administered negative PCR or Antigen Rapid Test (ART) obtained within 2 days prior to departure, or a self administered ART test result that is remotely supervised by an ART provider in Singapore obtained within 2 days prior to departure. - Vaccinated passengers: The test requirement does not apply to passengers who are fully vaccinated against Covid-19.
- Other exempt Passengers:
- Passengers aged 12 years and younger;
- Passengers who hold an exemption proof from the relevant Singapore Government agency; or
- Transfer or transit passengers who are into seeking entry into Singapore.
