However; teleworking will be continued for some public officials a) in the case that keeping physical distance is not feasible and b) if the public service office decides to keep teleworking.; 30/10/2021 The state and wider public sector; Public Law Organizations and Authorities Local Government operate with the physical presence of all employees and are terminated the distance working arrangements unless the competent authority decides otherwise or if the provisions of Regulation 46 of this Decree apply.
