residence permit, or - a residence permit issued by an EU Member States before the 31.12.2020; or - a document indicating the address of the passenger in an EU Member State before

the 31.12.2020; or - one of the following documents issued by Luxembourg: a registration certificate, a permanent residence certificate, or a residency certificate with an address

in Luxembourg before 31 December 2020; - family members of a national of an EEA Member State or Switzerland, with a residence permit issued to family members of a Union Citizen by

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland (Rep.), Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania,

Luxembourg, Malta, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland; - military personnel; - merchant seamen; - passengers with a certificate

issued by the Passport, Visa and Legalization Office (BPVL).

2. Passengers must have: - a negative COVID-19 LAMP, NAAT, PCR or TMA test taken at most 72 hours before departure from the first embarkation point; or - a negative COVID-19 rapid

antigen test taken at most 48 hours before departure from the first embarkation point. The test result must be in English, French, German, Italian, Luxembourgish, Portuguese or

Spanish. A certified translation to English, French, German or Luxembourgish is accepted. - This does not apply to: - passengers younger than 12 years and 2 months; - passengers

returning to Luxembourg within 72 hours if they stayed in Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary,

Iceland, Ireland (Rep.), Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden or Switzerland; -

passengers with a COVID-19 recovery certificate issued by Switzerland or an EEA Member State. The passenger must have tested positive at most 6 months before arrival; - passengers

with a COVID-19 vaccination certificate issued in Switzerland or an EEA Member State showing that they were fully vaccinated with AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria), Janssen, Moderna

(Spikevax) or Pfizer-BioNTech (Comirnaty); - passengers with a COVID-19 vaccination certificate issued in Switzerland or an EEA Member State showing that they received the first

vaccine dose of AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria), Moderna (Spikevax) or Pfizer-BioNTech (Comirnaty) at least 14 days before departure and at most 180 days after they were tested positive; -

passengers with a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated with AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria), Janssen, Moderna (Spikevax) or Pfizer-BioNTech (Comirnaty).

The certificate must be issued in Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Faroe Isl., Georgia, Israel, Moldova (Rep.), Morocco, Monaco, New Zealand, North Macedonia (Rep.), Panama, San Marino,

Serbia, Singapore, Switzerland, Togo, Turkey, Ukraine, United Kingdom, USA or Vatican City (Holy See).

3. Until 14 January 2022, passengers who in the past 14 days have been in Botswana, Eswatini, Lesotho, Mozambique, Namibia, South Africa or Zimbabwe are subject to a COVID-19 test
