application for renewal of a residence permit issued by Greece is also accepted; - passengers with a residence permit issued by Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus,
Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland (Rep.), Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland,
Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland or the United Kingdom; - passengers with a long term visa issued by Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus,
Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland (Rep.), Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway,
Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden or Switzerland; - merchant seamen; - military personnel; - students. More details can be found at

2. Passengers arriving from Botswana, Eswatini, Lesotho, Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia, South Africa, Zambia or Zimbabwe are not allowed to enter. - This does not apply to: -
nationals of Greece; - passengers with a permit to travel issued by a Greek diplomatic representation.
3. Passengers must complete a "Passenger Locator Form (PLF)" at https://travel.gov.gr/ before arrival in Greece. A confirmation email or a QR code generated from the completed
form must be presented upon arrival. Families can be accepted with one joint confirmation e-mail or a unique QR code.
4. Until 05:59, 19 December 2021, passengers must have: - a negative COVID-19 rapid antigen test taken at most 48 hours before arrival; or - a negative COVID-19 PCR or RT-PCR test
taken at most 72 hours before arrival; or - a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated at least 14 days before arrival; or - a COVID-19 recovery
certificate issued at least 30 days and at most 90 days after having tested positive. Recovery certificates issued before 15 July 2021 are not accepted; or - a positive COVID-19
antigen, PCR or RT-PCR test result issued at least 30 days and at most 180 days before arrival. All documents must be in English, French, German, Greek, Italian, Spanish or Russian
and the passenger's name must match the name in the passport. More details can be found at https://travel.gov.gr/ - This does not apply to: - passengers younger than 12 years; -
passengers who reside permanently in the Russian Fed; - passengers arriving from Botswana, Eswatini, Lesotho, Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia, South Africa, Zambia or Zimbabwe.
5. Until 05:59, 19 December 2021, passengers who reside permanently in the Russian Fed. must have: - a negative COVID-19 rapid antigen test taken at most 48 hours before arrival;
or - a negative COVID-19 PCR or RT-PCR test taken at most 72 hours before arrival. They are also subject to an antigen or PCR test upon arrival. The test result must be in English,
French, German, Greek, Italian, Spanish or Russian and the passenger's name must match the name in the passport. More details can be found at https://travel.gov.gr/ - This does not
apply to passengers younger than 12 years.
6. Effective 06:00, 19 December 2021, passengers must have: - a negative COVID-19 rapid antigen test taken at most 24 hours before arrival; or - a negative COVID-19 PCR or RT-PCR
test taken at most 72 hours before arrival. All documents must be in English, French, German, Greek, Italian, Spanish or Russian and the passenger's name must match the name in the
passport. More details can be found at https://travel.gov.gr/ - This does not apply to: - passengers younger than 12 years; - passengers arriving from Botswana, Eswatini, Lesotho,
Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia, South Africa, Zambia or Zimbabwe.
7. Passengers arriving from Botswana, Eswatini, Lesotho, Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia, South Africa, Zambia or Zimbabwe must have a negative COVID-19 PCR or RT-PCR test taken at
most 72 hours before arrival. - This does not apply to passengers younger than 12 years.
8. Passengers arriving from Albania, Argentina, Brazil, Bulgaria, Chile, China (People's Rep.), Cuba, Egypt, Georgia, India, Libya, Mexico, Morocco, North Macedonia (Rep.), Oman,
Pakistan, Russian Fed., Turkey, United Arab Emirates or Uruguay are subject to a COVID-19 PCR or rapid antigen test upon arrival. - This does not apply to: - passengers with a
COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated at least 14 days before arrival; or - passengers with a COVID-19 recovery certificate.
9. Passengers arriving from a country other than Albania, Argentina, Brazil, Bulgaria, Chile, China (People's Rep.), Cuba, Egypt, Georgia, India, Libya, Mexico, Morocco, North
Macedonia (Rep.), Oman, Pakistan, Russian Fed., Turkey, United Arab Emirates or Uruguay could be subject to a COVID-19 rapid test upon arrival.
