Masken und Atemschutzmasken werden für bestimmte Berufe empfohlen und sollten für diejenigen priorisiert werden, die mit Patienten arbeiten, bei denen eine SARS-CoV-2-Infektion bestätigt wurde. Sitzungen; Märsche und Streikposten im Freien sind erlaubt; sofern sie nicht mehr als 50 Personen haben; um das Recht auf freie Meinungsäußerung nicht einzuschränken.;12.03.2020; Jeder in Lettland muss in seinem Alltag das 2 + 2-Prinzip befolgen - zwei Meter; zwei Menschen. So ist ein Abstand von zwei Metern einzuhalten und Versammlungen auf zwei Personen zu beschränken. Bis 01.11.2021; alle Kulturstätten; Ausstellungen; sowie Messen; einschließlich Weihnachtsmärkte; wurden ausgesetzt. Bibliotheken dürfen Bücher zur Abholung ausgeben und; unterliegen epidemiologischen Sicherheitsmaßnahmen; Museen stehen den Besuchern weiterhin zur Verfügung. Organisierte Treffen; Streikposten und Märsche können noch stattfinden; es dürfen jedoch maximal 25 Personen teilnehmen; vorbehaltlich epidemiologischer Sicherheitsauflagen - einem körperlichen Abstand von zwei Metern und vorbehaltlich der Auflagen des Veranstalters. Bei Beerdigungen und Taufen; nicht mehr als 10 Personen (mit Ausnahme der direkt Beteiligten) dürfen sich im Freien versammeln; aus nicht mehr als zwei Haushalten; Masken verwenden. Im Notfall findet eine Taufzeremonie statt: Bis zu 10 Personen aus höchstens 2 Haushalten dürfen sich zu einer Taufzeremonie treffen; die Zahl von 10 Personen beinhaltet keine Personen, die mit der Durchführung der Taufe in Verbindung stehen; jeder ab 7 Jahren trägt Mundschutz richtig. Die Anmeldung der Eheschließung ist nur in Anwesenheit der Ehewilligen und zweier erwachsener Trauzeugen zulässig; Beamter oder Angestellter des Standesamtes muss über eine Covid-19-Impf- oder Genesungsbescheinigung verfügen; anwesende Personen müssen Gesichtsmasken ordnungsgemäß verwenden; sowie alle Sicherheitsvorkehrungen beachten. Trauerfeiern können im Freien stattfinden; bis zu 20 Personen können sich zu einer Trauerfeier versammeln; die Zahl von 20 Personen umfasst keine Personen, die mit der Durchführung der Trauerfeier in Verbindung stehen; jeder ab 7 Jahren trägt Mundschutz richtig. Ein privates FAHRZEUG kann Mitglieder eines Haushalts oder zwei Personen befördern; jeweils aus dem eigenen Haushalt. Bis zu drei Personen aus mehreren Haushalten nur in besonderen Fällen (z. B. bei Begleitung eines Minderjährigen). Nur bestimmte Gruppen können zusammen in einem Privatfahrzeug reisen; zum Arbeits- oder Dienstort gehen; oder Rückkehrer an den Wohnort (z. B. Ärzte oder Mitarbeiter der Polizei); Jeder muss während der gesamten Reise Gesichtsmasken tragen. In order to implement the basic principle of the provision of information, a provider of an economic or public service or an organiser of an event shall place the following information on precautionary measures in a clearly visible place: 5.1. a warning that persons for whom self-isolation, home quarantine, or isolation has been specified or who display signs of a respiratory disease may not be present at the relevant site; 5.2. a warning that a two-metre distance must be maintained, and also regarding other distancing conditions, if such have been specified; 5.3. the conditions for correct hand and respiratory hygiene. As of 25 May, Entertainment, cultural, sports, and other recreational places may be open from 6.30 to 24.00. Bars, restaurants, cafés are allowed to operate, subject to the rules and limiting the number of visitors to no more than two persons or one family at one table. From now on, all stores will be open in shopping centres during weekends and holidays. The restriction that only grocery stores, press outlets, pharmacies, vaccination offices, optical stores, animal feed stores, dry-cleaner’s, hygiene and household goods stores, and construction and gardening goods stores may operate in shopping centres is cancelled. Previously, it shall be determined that cultural, entertainment, outdoor sports and other recreational areas start work not earlier than at 8.00 and finish before 22.00;

The organizer has to ensure compliance with restrictions and the availability of disinfectants. The working hours of culture, entertainment, sports, and other recreation places will be extended from 7:00 to 24:00. Public and private sports events, organized in accordance with the Law on Safety of Public Entertainment and Festivity Events, will not be permitted. Previously, All public events, meetings, demonstrations and pickets involving more than 200 people shall be cancelled and banned from 13 March 2020. From 19 March, Working hours of cultural, entertainment, sports and recreational venues may still extend no later than 23:00, and now their opening time has also been restricted to no earlier than 8:00. All tours abroad offered by tourism operators and passenger carriers have been cancelled.
