Government has imposed 'lockdown' for people older than 65; pregnant women and people with chronic illnesses. Initially only allowed to leave home for medical appointments or with special disposition given from the Superintendent of Public Health. This was almost immediately relaxed a bit so that people were allowed to buy groceries; medicinal products or other necessities or for personal matters that are absolutely essential or urgent. This category includes people who need to go to work for a limited period of time; parents who need to exercise their right to see their children as per court order; farmers who need to feed and take care of their animals; and people who need to go the bank. Note that police won't enforce these rules so self-discipline and community participation are crucial.
