Introduction of the RVT (Recovered - Vaccinated - Tested) rule to ensure maximum protection for all citizens rule for most activities. The RVT rule must be met by all employees and persons who work for an employer on any other legal basis or are self-employed. Recovered persons must produce proof of a positive PCR test result that is older than 10 days; unless a doctor determines otherwise; but not older than 180 days. The RVT rule can also be met by screening with the rapid antigen self-test; which is performed once a week at regular intervals. In this case; the means for testing are provided by the employer or self-employed person. In the event of non-compliance with the recovered/vaccinated/tested rule; the employer may apply measures in accordance with the regulation governing safety and health at work and the regulation governing employment relationships; and collective agreements. Verification of meeting the recovered/vaccinated/tested rule at the workplace shall be organised by the responsible persons carrying out or organising the work; 21/02/2022: Employees shall be deemed to meet the RVT condition for the performance of work if they are screened with the HAG test for self-testing. The RVT condition is met if the work is started after testing; which is not older than 48 hours from the swab collection; 14/05/2022: the RVT rule is no longer required.

Die RVT-Regel muss von allen Arbeitnehmern und Personen erfüllt werden, die auf einer anderen Rechtsgrundlage für einen Arbeitgeber tätig oder selbstständig sind. Genesene müssen ein positives PCR-Testergebnis nachweisen, das älter als 10 Tage ist; es sei denn, ein Arzt bestimmt etwas anderes; aber nicht älter als 180 Tage. Die RVT-Regel kann auch durch ein Screening mit dem schnellen Antigen-Selbsttest erfüllt werden; die in regelmäßigen Abständen einmal wöchentlich durchgeführt wird. In diesem Fall; die Testmittel werden vom Arbeitgeber oder Selbständigen bereitgestellt. Im Falle der Nichteinhaltung der Regel für genesen/geimpft/getestet; der Arbeitgeber kann Massnahmen nach der Verordnung über Sicherheit und Gesundheitsschutz bei der Arbeit und der Verordnung über Arbeitsverhältnisse treffen; und Tarifverträge. Die Überprüfung der Einhaltung der Genesungs-/Impf-/Geprüftregel am Arbeitsplatz ist von den verantwortlichen Personen, die die Arbeiten durchführen oder organisieren, zu organisieren; 21.02.2022: Beschäftigte erfüllen die RVT-Bedingung für die Arbeitsleistung, wenn sie mit dem HAG-Test zur Selbstkontrolle überprüft werden. Die RVT-Bedingung ist erfüllt, wenn die Arbeit nach der Prüfung begonnen wird; der nicht älter als 48 Stunden seit der Abstrichentnahme ist.
