The condition of morbidity; vaccination or testing (hereinafter: PCT condition) is met if the person has one of the following proofs; namely: 1. evidence of a negative result of a PCR test not older than 72 hours after swab collection or a HAG test not older than 48 hours after swab collection; 2. proof of vaccination against COVID-19 showing that they have received: a) second dose of Comirnaty vaccine from Biontech / Pfizer; Spikevax vaccine (COVID-19 Vaccine) from Moderna vaccine; Sputnik V vaccine from Ron Gamaleya National Center for Epidemiology and Microbiology; CoronaVac vaccine from Sinovac Biotech vaccine; Vacuine vaccine COVIDvca 19 vaccine (COVID-19 Vaccine) by AstraZeneca; Covishield by Serum Institute of India / AstraZeneca or Covaxin by Bharat Biotech (India) or a combination of the two vaccines in this indent. Proof shall be obtained on the day of vaccination b) dose of COVID-19 Vaccine Janssen by Johnson and Johnson / Janssen-Cilag. Proof shall be obtained on the day of vaccination; 3. evidence of vaccination against COVID-19 showing that they received a booster dose of the vaccine referred to in the first indent of the previous point; except for Vaxzevria (COVID-19 Vaccine) from AstraZeneca and Covishield from Serum Institute of India / AstraZeneca. Proof shall be obtained on the day of vaccination; 4. proof of a positive PCR test result that is more than ten days old; unless the doctor decides otherwise; but not more than 180 days old; 5. proof of morbidity proving that they have been vaccinated with a single dose for a period not exceeding 180 days from the positive result of the PCR test or from the onset of symptoms vaccines referred to in the first indent of point 2 of this Article. Proof shall be obtained on the day of vaccination; 6. proof of morbidity and proof of vaccination; proving that they have been vaccinated with one doses of the vaccine referred to in the first indent of point 2 of this Article and that they have received a booster dose; 31/05/2022: measures to contain the spread of COVID-19 infections are no longer required.

Testing of employees in education before classes and then periodically at least once a week. If their test is negative; they will start classes; 01/11/2021: Testing with a rapid antigen test for self-testing is introduced for all primary and secondary school pupils. Self-testing is also required for participation in sports programmes; recreational activities and extracurricular activities regardless of the age of the pupil. The frequency of self-testing for primary and secondary school pupils and students is increased to twice a week; with the right to use ten self-tests; 31/05/2022: measures to contain the spread of COVID-19 infections are no longer required.

Die Reisebeschränkungen wegen COVID-19 wurden in Slowenien aufgehoben. An der Grenze muss keine Impf-, Genesungs- oder Testbescheinigung mehr vorgelegt werden. Es besteht auch kein Anspruch auf Ungeimpftheit.
