To be closed for the public -all other retail outlets not mentioned elsewhere in this paper; in particular outlet centres Joana: I am a bit confused why this entry was marked as voluntary. From 20.4. a lot of federal states will allow shop up to 800m2 as well as book shops; car and bike shops independent of the size to open.
