From 16 May, people that are eligible for entry, who have been fully vaccinated against COVID (two doses, two weeks at least since the second dose) need to spend 10 days in self-isolation / quarantine instead of 14 days on arrival whether staying in their own home, a rented property or a government approved quarantine facility. If a passengers shows signs or symptoms of any infectious disease they will taken by ambulance to a local isolation centre to undergo a COVID-19 test at their own cost.
