The act says that gastronomy and hotels; leisure; and cultural facilities are to close when the 7-day incidence is over 100 per 100 000. Institutions are opened for children of parents who cannot take care of children at home (e.g. because they work in essential sectors). There will be a system of shifts for those pupils returning on 18 May and 3 June. Half the pupils of every class will be at school on Monday; Tuesday and Wednesday; the other half on Thursday and Friday.
