from 24/10 new rules as for the schools: all pupils from classes IV-VIII of the primary school, all pupils from the secondary schools, students of continuous learning institutions, profesional institutions are moving to the on-line remote schooling Kindergardens and children attending classes I-III go to school as before. Nurseries as before. from 26/10 - on Universities: As for Higher education (universities etc.) the lectures& activities are on-line remote mode. The universities' authorities there can be carried out in a traditional way (phisicaly at university) only activities that due to their specific features can not be done on remote (labs, workshops, professional practices) and the activities foreseen at the last year of the studies of the 1st and 2nd grade and 5 years unified studies.
