1. Passengers are not allowed to enter if arriving from or if in the past 14 days they have been in, or transited through, Botswana, Eswatini, Lesotho, Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia,
South Africa or Zimbabwe. This does not apply to: - nationals and residents of Cyprus; -spouses and children of nationals of Cyprus; - nationals of Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria,
Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland (Rep.), Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands,
Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.
2. Passengers arriving from or who in the past 14 days have been in, or transited through, Botswana, Eswatini, Lesotho, Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia, South Africa or Zimbabwe, are
subject to quarantine for 10 days in a hotel arranged by the Ministry of Tourism, at their own expense.

Estonia, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Indonesia, Ireland (Rep.), Israel, Italy, Japan, Jordan, Korea (Rep.), Kuwait, Latvia, Lebanon, Liechtenstein,
Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Oman, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Russian Fed., Rwanda, San Marino, Saudi Arabia, Serbia,

most 180 days before departure; - passengers who recovered from COVID-19 with an EU Digital Covid Certificate (EU DCC) showing that they received at least one dose of a COVID-19
vaccine; - passengers arriving from Botswana, Eswatini, Lesotho, Mozambique, Malawi, Namibia, South Africa or Zimbabwe.
4. Passengers must complete their application for a Cyprus Flight Pass at most 48 hours before the departure at https://www.cyprusflightpass.gov.cy .
5. Passengers must have a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken at most 72 hours before departure. - This does not apply to: - nationals and residents of Cyprus, between 12 and 15
years; not arriving from Botswana, Eswatini, Lesotho, Mozambique, Malawi, Namibia, South Africa or Zimbabwe; - passengers younger than 12 years; - passengers arriving from Bahrain,
Indonesia, Kuwait, New Zealand (effective 30 December 2021), Saudi Arabia or United Arab Emirates (until 29 December 2021); - passengers 16 year and older, who are nationals of
Cyprus, their spouses and children, with a COVID-19 vaccination certificate stating that they received the first dose of AstraZeneca (Covishield, SK Bioscience, Vaxzevria),
Janssen, Moderna (Spikevax), Pfizer-BioNTech (Comirnaty), Sinopharm, Sinovac or Sputnik V; - passengers 16 year and older, who are residents of Cyprus with a COVID-19 vaccination
certificate stating that they received the first dose of AstraZeneca (Covishield, SK Bioscience, Vaxzevria), Janssen, Moderna (Spikevax), Pfizer-BioNTech (Comirnaty), Sinopharm,
Sinovac and Sputnik V; - passengers with a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated at least 14 days before arrival . Vaccines accepted are
AstraZeneca (Covishield, SK Bioscience, Vaxzevria), Janssen, Moderna (Spikevax), Pfizer-BioNTech (Comirnaty), Sinopharm, Sinovac and Sputnik V. The certificate must be issued in: -
