The employee has the right to perform work from his/her household if the agreed type of work allows it; 01/03/2021: for the trip to work a test that is not older than 7 days is required; 20/03/2021: Employers are ordered to prohibit employees from entering their premises; but with certain exceptions; 18/04/2021: lifting of compulsory teleworking.

Das Betreten des Betriebsgeländes ist nur geimpften Mitarbeitern und Mitarbeitern gestattet, die in einem Zeitraum von höchstens 180 Tagen an COVID-19 erkrankt sind; 19.01.2022: Alle Arbeitgeber sind verpflichtet, das Betreten des Arbeitsplatzes und anderer Räumlichkeiten des Arbeitgebers nur davon abhängig zu machen, dass sich der Arbeitnehmer im OTP-Modus (geimpft; getestet oder durch COVID-19 überwunden) in den Räumlichkeiten des Arbeitgebers und anderen Räumlichkeiten befindet. Ebenfalls; obligatorische Testung von ungeimpften Mitarbeitern mindestens einmal pro Woche; Mitarbeiter mit einer Kontraindikation für eine Impfung müssen nicht getestet werden; 02.05.2022: Die obligatorische OTP-Regelung an Arbeitsplätzen wird abgeschafft. Die Tests können fortgesetzt werden, jedoch auf freiwilliger Basis.

COVID-Automat; ein System zur Überwachung der Entwicklung der Epidemie und zur Ergreifung von Maßnahmen zur Bekämpfung der Epidemie; tritt in Kraft. Die Öffentlichkeit wird über eine neue Farbskala und Punktzahl in COVID Automat informiert. Wenn die Punktzahl zunimmt; der Grad des Risikos steigt und es werden strengere Maßnahmen angewendet. Dazu im COVID-Automaten verwendete Indikatoren: a) 7-Tages-Fallhäufigkeit (Fallzahl in 7 Tagen pro 100.000 Einwohner) b) Impfung des Landkreises c) umfassende lokale Bewertung der epidemiologischen Situation durch Epidemiologen des RÚVZ (z. B. Inzidenztrend; Erfüllung des Kriteriums der Mindestanzahl an Tests; Positivität der Tests; Superverbreitung in der Bevölkerung; Art der Ausbrüche; altersspezifische Dynamik usw.); 23.02.2022: Der ausgerufene Ausnahmezustand wird aufgehoben.

An emergency situation will apply for all of Slovakia as of Thursday; March 12. The Slovak Republic declared a state of emergency on 16 March. This was temporarily extended; including restrictions on freedom of movement during Easter. The state of emergency should last until June 15; 2020.

The Government of the Slovak Republic declared a State of Emergency due to the epidemiological situation in the country. The state of emergency is to last 45 days. The State of Emergency was extended on 15th November for another 45 days. The State of Emergency was extended on 29th December for another 40 days.
