No quarantine/ self-isolation required. Entry to Luxembourg is not conditioned to a mandatory quarantine. Upon arrival in the Grand Duchy, any person who stayed in India are placed in strict quarantine for 7 days with the obligation to undergo a second COVID-19 test from the 6th day of quarantine.
