If you’re fully vaccinated, you only need to present proof of vaccination to enter Cambodia. Cambodia will accept the proof of vaccination record but this should be printed out in advance. Your appointment card from vaccination centres is not designed to be used as proof of vaccination and should not be used to demonstrate your vaccine status.
