All non-essential commercial stores and leisure places (malls; bars; restaurants etc.) are closed. Exceptions: open-air markets; private healthcare settings; hotels (only for tourist); banks; supermarkets; bakeries; cafes and restaurants only for delivery service; pharmacies; call centres.

In the period until 31 July; the number of visitors to the event may not exceed 100 people in rooms with a total public area of ??up to 1000 m2; but 500 people may gather in rooms with an area of ??more than 1000 m2; subject to the condition of at least 4 m2 per person.
All travellers entering Greece from 18/12/2020 to 07/01/2021 are required to self-quarantine for 3 days upon their arrival. All travellers entering Greece from 07/01/2021 will be required to self-quarantine (at their home or temporary residence; e.g. hotel) for 7 days upon arrival.; As of 1/03/2021; there is a daily limit of 400 entries per day for those entering from Kakavia and Evzones. Those entering from Kakavia and Evzones should self-isolate for 14 days.
From August 1; 2020; the number of visitors will be increased to 500 -in closed rooms and 750 in the open-air area. Furthermore; from August 1; 2020; there will be the possibility to hold events with up to 1000 people in closed rooms and with up to 1250 people in the open-air area; provided that the locally responsible district administrative authority authorizes this.
Mandatory use of mask in all closed spaces and all open spaces where keeping physical distance is not feasible. Workers at open spaces of entertainment or market. Workers in all closed spaces when they are in contact with the public (e.g. restaurants; supermarkets; public transport; taxis; hospitals; hairdressers; beauty salons; public services etc.). Including places of religious worship; public transport; taxi; travel by ship.
Mandatory quarantine for 14 days for returning travellers coming from affected areas.; until 14/06/2020; the rule still applies that all passengers; even Greeks coming from abroad; must take a test. If the test is negative; they must remain in quarantine for seven days. If the test is positive; they must remain in compulsory isolation for 14 days.; 15/06/2020 mandatory test and quarantine will continue to be done for passengers coming from areas with a high level of COVID-19 circulation.
